A year has passed, so I write already without emotions.
I have been in Egypt 10 times (and almost always in different 5 * hotels).
1. The hotel was advised by the travel agency "Diya" and I was not disappointed. The price-quality ratio corresponds.
2. They settled quickly, they didn’t ask anything from anyone, they gave a good room, on the second floor overlooking the pool and the sea, and with a huge common terrace. The bed really got very fastened, but the issue was resolved positively: they themselves removed the bed, asked for another mattress.
3. If you do not find fault with trifles, then I liked almost everything. The food is average, but we did not go to overeat. The only negative, in my opinion, is the pantone is too long.
I also don’t advise you to do a massage (my arm was “slightly” dislocated), but you can blame yourself for this, I knew that massage should be done only by trusted specialists with a medical education. So if you want a massage, then just relax, stroke and clap.

I think that if you take everything positively and do not look for problems, then you can say - a normal hotel (for people without complaints and without a crown on their heads). And who with a crown, then this hotel is not for you, look for a hotel from $4000.0.
