Arriving in the room decided to have at least a little snack, and all the dry rations spoiled (remember the hotel 5 stars), I took to the receptionist no reaction. The location of the room as we realized later for us was very cool.

As for a 5 star hotel, this is unacceptable (let me remind you there is something to compare). We were rested by two adults and one child. We all had one chair in the room and another on the balcony. In the room to find an outlet you need to suffer a little, we found one somewhere downstairs on the balcony, in my opinion used for a vacuum cleaner, and the other turning off the floor lamp.
