In general, the hotel is good, well-groomed area, beautiful pools, beautiful sunset, beautiful coral reef. I especially liked the terrace on the 2nd floor near the bar in the fresh air overlooking the sea. Good service in the bar on the 2nd floor.
But for a hotel of this category and for such a price (an order of magnitude higher than in similar hotels), many disadvantages.
1. and the main - a restaurant. For a 5-star hotel, faded tablecloths are available once throughout the week. The rest of the hour there were the usual stands on bare and poorly washed tables.
2. Very clumsy staff in the dining room, so it's constantly dirty. When people have eaten, they are in no hurry to clean and set the tables again, so others have nowhere to stay. The crumbs from the table are shaken just on the floor. The service here is also terrible - we ordered drinks, waited for them for 15-20 minutes, and they never brought.

So we had dinner without them, and then went to the bar on the 2nd floor for the same juices, which are served much faster and much nicer waiters.
3. Staff, I would say, do not like Russians and Ukrainians. The case that happened to us on the beach: good places to take in the morning, we at 8 took for ourselves and our friends. Instead, the Italians, arriving at 9.30, paid a dollar to the guy who serves the beach to find them a good place. He did not think long, came and began to throw our things from another deck chair, saying that for 2 people only 2 seats and no more, the explanation that now friends will come in 5 minutes did not help (neither in Russian nor in English). When we started demanding to call the leadership, he left, saying that everything was fine and no problems, and with us he started telling the Italians in English that we were stupid ...
4. Constant noise of aircraft. very close to the airport and the impression that it is constantly thundering and there should be rain.

Half of the above, which is in the hotel (skating rink, tennis court, equestrian sports), is not here, but in the Sports, which is on the 2nd line, and go there in the heat is not very desirable.
6. Very short distance between the houses, our room was with the so-called sea view by the large pool. Instead of the sea, we saw only 5 parts of the whole view, and the windows overlooked the neighboring house, which was 4-5 meters.

In this hotel only the sea is beautiful, and according to other vacationers, the same, and even the best reefs are in neighboring hotels. Next time I will not go there for sure.
