The hotel is designed for a relaxing family vacation. Located on the first line. The family liked absolutely everything. A large beautiful well-kept territory, many flowers, clean and very cozy. The hotel is relatively not big, everything is nearby. There are shops on the territory.
The staff is very smiling, friendly, you feel as if you have come to visit friends. The child immediately made friends with the beach worker (a positive guy) and with the animators, special thanks to Jimmy and Margarita. The waiters are always smiling, at the reception they always helped to call a taxi, on the 10th day the faucet in the shower broke, they called the reception and they sent us a repairman.
The room is clean and cozy. In the room: air conditioner, safe, refrigerator, kettle, coffee and tea, hair dryer, TV. In the shower: white towels that were changed daily, soap, shampoo and shower gel in dispensers. The room is cleaned daily, regardless of the availability of tips.

A bottle of drinking water per person was brought every day.
There are four pools on the territory, children's depth - 60 cm, adult - from 60 to 2.1, medium - from 10 cm to 1.6 m. and 3 bars, one near the large pool with alcohol, the second on the beach with alcohol and one near the middle pool - non-alcoholic.
Food quality:
Special thanks to the chef! Breakfast, lunch and dinner for different preferences. The food is delicious and varied, the desserts are works of art! Baked fish with lime is love, shrimp in different variations, risotto with crabs, squid, chicken, beef - in one word DELICIOUS. For lunch, dinner - white/red wine, delicious bottled beer, elite local alcohol. Juices such as yuppie, sprite, cola, schweps.
Many fruits - dates, melons, oranges, bananas, apples, figs, grapes, nectarines, plums. Freshes are paid. Several times the restaurant had free ice cream.
The bar near the large pool and on the beach offers snacks - pizza of various tastes, sweet pastries.
The road to the beach is hidden under an arch and takes 3 minutes. The beach is small, separate, has two levels. You can go knee-deep into the sea from the shore, then there are corals. The pontoon is solid, not floating. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, a beach employee will always help to rearrange a sunbed if necessary.
There is a picturesque reef with fish, even from the shore you can go knee-deep in the sea and admire the fish swimming nearby.
The animators held exercises near the large pool and on the seashore, aqua aerobics in the pool, a dance master class, darts, volleyball, and evening performances. Vacationers were invited to all their events at the entrance to the restaurant before dinner. The staff is neat, mostly understands Italian (many Italians were on vacation), English, Russian, and even tries to speak Ukrainian, for which BIG THANK YOU!
Wi-Fi in the hotel is free, catches at the reception, near the restaurant and near two bars, in the rooms with interruptions.

It is better to buy an Egyptian map at the airport and use the Internet. The card costs $10.
You can get to the old city for a few dollars 3-5 (as agreed with the taxi driver).
Of course, there are small flaws: cosmetic repairs are needed in some places, but this is not critical, the hotel staff is constantly working on it.
