Location. Closer than the first line, on the beach strip (from the farthest rooms 100-150 meters to the water). The sound of the surf is heard in the room. In the Nabqa area, the most extreme hotel in the direction of the server Sharma.
It takes 20 minutes to drive from the airport. There are no other hotels nearby.

Territory. The minimum among all hotels in Sharm, completely flat, you can get around in 10 minutes. There are few plants, the rolled lawn has only been laid, the flowers are still annoying. Several swimming pools, a small heated one, a fabulous kids club house, a tennis court and a mini football field.

Beach. In a bay that allows you to swim in any storm. The sand is large or small shell, relatively clean. The beach is very long, you can always completely retire. In one part of the beach there is a coral crust, and on the other - a gradual sandy entry with no stones, no hedgehogs, no moray eels, you can do without special shoes. The water is clear even when the sea is rough. Ideal for children. There is no pontoon. Designer loungers, not new, but comfortable, heavier than usual. Mattresses on the beds. There are flaps made of wicker vines. The location of the beach is such that when facing the sea, the sun will be behind. View from sunbeds: mountains on the left, bay right, sea on the left. The sunbeds on the side of the gradual approach are occupied from 6 in the morning. You can swim from dawn to dusk, unlike other hotels in Egypt, where swimming is only possible from 9 am to sunset.

Reef.
It starts right from the shore from a depth of half a meter. Ideal for showing to kids. Near the hotel it is not colorful, 3 points out of 5. You can easily swim further (50-70 meters) along the reef, where the coral islands, the underwater world are more interesting. There is no strong current, it is not dangerous to swim.

Contingent. 90% Russian-speaking couples or families with children, newlyweds, wealthy pensioners or well-earning managers, calm, respectable, who appreciate European service and comfort.
