In Egypt, we rest not for the first time, well, in short, there is no coral, the sea is shallow, young people are bored, we went with a group of 5, we were not very bored, but nevertheless. Before buying a ticket, they also read reviews about this hotel, they wrote about the panton, everything is right to go no less than 300 meters, the funny thing is that there is no more chest-deep, there is no point in going so far, they went in knee-deep and got out). It’s very windy, I don’t recommend going in winter, but autumn is the very thing, the wind blows that you don’t feel the heat. Food: normal, we weren’t hungry, we didn’t get poisoned, thank God, but there weren’t enough sweets, and everything was very spicy, by the way, I didn’t see the children’s menu, previously we had a rest in another hotel there was a separate buffet for children, there is no such thing here. The service was 3 out of 10, I had to run all the time looking for cutlery, at dinner the table was reserved but without spoons, I had to go and ask, it’s still dirty, of course, it comes across the fork and knife are dirty, well, this is such a thing went and changed. The summer terrace by the main pool is cool, minus the birds that fly in and all crap and peck the remnants of food from the plates, something needs to be done with this, it’s unpleasant to sit on a crap chair. Now the rooms, we lived in a deluxe room, there are no complaints at all, but again, cleaning, we left it for tea, but they still didn’t clean it at all, or they didn’t clean it at all, they asked them for toilet paper or water, by the way at the expense of water 1.5 liters per day for two is very LITTLE!! ! this is generally some kind of redneck, I don’t want to take water before, but here saving water is worth its weight in gold, you can’t take it with you from the bar, they don’t give it in bottles. The location of the hotel is excellent, the market, shops, a pizzeria, delicious pizza, even McDonald's, and bars and clubs, in general, we spent time there. The animation of the girls is not bad, as always, they call for exercises or volleyball, but in the evening, BORING why do some contests indoors, I didn’t want to go there at all, there is no music, there is no entertainment evening program, it would be better if they did a cool show by the main pool or something something like that, something on the beach, in the evening there is no wind there very cool. In general, you have a good comment for management, but you need to work on service and entertainment so that vacationers do not want to go outside the hotel. Something like that : )
