We won't go to this hotel again. And we will not go to Egypt from the Ukrainian operator either.
The hotel is beautiful, the grounds and the beach are clean. The animation was good, the food too.
But, the dishes in the main restaurant were horrifying. There was some kind of white coating on it all the time (if they didn’t wash the detergent, if they washed it with such dirty water). She regretted not bringing her plastic cutlery and plates. In other restaurants, dishes were washed better.
Russians were there, and a lot. And apparently it was they who taught all the staff to want money for nothing. As soon as we crossed the threshold of the room, the cleaner immediately came to want money. Because they didn’t give money for anything, the cleaner decided to pull a feint by not fulfilling his duties. So, if you decide to go to these "5 *", take more toilet paper and water with you.

))) Moreover, the safe did not work in the room - the batteries were dead in the lock. If you do not want to chase the staff for a long time (to get a battery), take 3 more AA batteries with you.
When we all the same caught up / drove the staff (at the expense of the battery), they came, took out the batteries and began to literally chew them. Then they shoved the chewed batteries into the safe, but the safe did not revive after this procedure.
