The check-in to the room went well, we waited 2 hours, but the chocolate at the reception does its job. The territory is large, the slides are super!! ! Both for kids and adults. There is only one heated swimming pool - a distant one for children. Our room 3291 - the first floor, so-so, the furniture is old, the shower is clogged, the water was leaking onto the floor. Towels are changed with a fight, especially beach towels, brought dried, but not washed. The food is so-so, in principle, as in any hotel in Egypt, you can find something for yourself. The waiters are rude, the bartenders too, only 1 dollar does wonders, but even then not always. It all depends on the mood, as for me there were many minuses, I will not return to this hotel, and in general I don’t want to go to Egypt either. A big plus in Egypt is the sea, the fish are gorgeous !!! ! I had to bargain on the old market....hard. we had a big company, so everything is ok! People who are used to service and good service, then you are not here for sure! And also alcohol (who wants to drink) bring your own
