I will not describe what is in almost every review about this hotel. I will write only what, in my opinion, has become better or worse compared to last year.
Round-trip transfer: Flight - Transaero company, Boeing 747-400. During the flight to Sharm, there was high turbulence almost all the time, the shaking was quite strong, but we must pay tribute to the crew for the patience they show to their customers. During the flight back, takeoff and landing were so soft that it was almost not felt. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that no one got drunk on board, and in general there was an impression that there was a selection of ulcers and teetotalers on this flight. The food on the plane during the flight to Sharm was terrible (pancakes, rice casserole), the food was simply not tasty, the way back is much better (pasta with chicken and rice with meat). The host party is the Bible Globe, we were not satisfied, the meeting was not organized at all.
Hotel: Upon arrival, we were settled in the central building (room 1262), presented with a plate of fruit as a thank you for the return visit and a letter of gratitude (a trifle, but nice). The room is quite noisy in the evening, due to the fact that all the evening animation takes place under the windows, for that there is a plus at 5 in the morning you can’t hear the prayer (unless, of course, the balcony is closed), if your kids don’t fall asleep well under the noise, then the rooms whose windows face the "horseshoe" is not for you unequivocally, as it becomes relatively quiet somewhere around 23 o'clock. During the year, the rooms were dilapidated, when checking in, the lock in the toilet room did not work and some of the lights did not light after the call on the prescription for 30 minutes. everything has been fixed. In general, I cannot but note that the attitude towards Russians in the hotel has changed for the better. The food became a little worse than it was before, there were squids from the sea products 2 times, there were few fruits, and the pomegranates were cut into 4 parts (they used to be cleaned), ice cream was given 1 time in the evening. The territory of the Aqua Park is heated FULLY. Especially in the children's Aqua Park, the water was very warm. Animation in Russian and for Russian children as it was and is not.
