We went there for a water park, because it’s always boring for us to sit in a hotel for a week, and in Egypt there’s not much to see within reach. They didn't regret it.
Well accommodated, spacious rooms, medium size area, not super big. Everything is clean, comfortable. Room service is unobtrusive, left a dollar - we even twisted the swans. One thing - some Arabs lived in the next room and quarreled loudly from time to time. Hearing is good. But we paid them the same at night ; -)
The food is good. Not Turkey, but by Egyptian standards, very personal.
Second line, yes. Walking distance to the beach without any problems. 10 minutes. You can also take the bus.
The water park is ok. There are no super slides, but children (and adults) are not bored. We rode every day until the county.
I can safely recommend this hotel. Qualitatively and inexpensively.
