This hotel was recommended to us by friends vacationing a year ago, but what they told us and what we saw was very different. Outwardly, everything is beautiful and well-groomed, but when we checked in, we asked for a quiet room, and got a room with an adjoining room (only a thin door between us) in which a noisy family with a child and a grumpy grandmother rested. Having withstood the boorish pressure at the reception, we demanded another room in which there was a very noisy air conditioner, which broke down completely after a couple of days. After much deliberation, we finally settled into a really normal room - it was already the 5th day of rest! As for the service, for the whole holiday we did not see a single smile or at least a hint of goodwill. The kitchen also deteriorated compared to what we were told. The choice of dishes is small and monotonous taste. I was pleased only with the water park and the sea, and in recent days a lot of garbage has brought into the sea and the wild beach with coral reefs has been closed. It is a pity that once a good hotel has ceased to appreciate visitors!
