I came here to post a review and was horrified, it feels like we were resting in different hotels. The staff is positive. All with a smile and a willingness to help, and no matter what language you speak, they even tried to communicate with us in Ukrainian!! ! Maybe the attitude towards us depends on ourselves? If to people with kindness and a smile, and they do the same to you! Well, actually about the rest 2 vz + 2 children 5 and 11 years old.
So ended our long-awaited and well-deserved vacation in Sharm! On the whole, he succeeded. The hotel met our expectations. As for Egypt, this is an excellent, solid 4! The main criterion in the choice was the availability of a water park for the husband and children of different ages. But everything is in order. A tour to this hotel was offered by joint up and teztour. After reading the contracts and remembering my bad experience with the joint up, I made the choice in favor of the tour, which I did not regret (it was the joint up that had problems with the planes by the end of our vacation, and we flew out according to the schedule). those flying from Kyiv spent 12 hours at the airport waiting for their flight (with 2 kids) to the charm operator join up. We arrived late, while everyone was taken away (and our hotel was the last one), hungry, tired at the reception, having filled out papers within 15 minutes, they were ringed with bracelets, received a family number with access to the pool in building No. 6 (standard was booked) and sent to dinner. They brought us salads, spaghetti, sweets, chicken... in general, they didn’t just leave us hungry, but fed us very heartily, for which many thanks. The next morning, no one remembered about the sea, mine demanded a water park! excellent slides, circles, mats, lifeguards are watching all around (and even in our pools under the rooms, where there are few people, the lifeguard was sitting all day). What immediately catches your eye is that the hotel is constantly being cleaned, washed, trimmed, watered, and so on. In the main building (its second half) there was a renovation. Personally, she did not interfere with us, everything is quite quiet,

but I would not want to live in the rooms next door. In the lobby, in the bar from 10 o'clock they make excellent coffee. Internet - we had it, because we are close to the reception, but the signal level either weakened or intensified during the day (at night it was generally beautiful) - it was enough for me to correspond via viber / vatsap and check mail. The room is excellent, clean, not shabby, spacious. Everything is in perfect working order. It is divided into two parts by a sliding partition (like two rooms. The children have a bunk bed, there is a plasma on the wall. We have a double bed and a lorry and also a plasma. A large, spacious closet with a huge mirror, a safe inside, a refrigerator. Cleaning is like everywhere else, superficial, but the cleaner managed to produce it promptly during our absence, for which many thanks to him with the daily issuance of a van dollar in the form of gratitude.
cheeses and cold cuts (sometimes even edible options came across), cereals, yogurts, donuts, pancakes. Lunch - two types of soups - one, as a rule, turned out to be very edible for children. Indian cuisine was presented, which surprised and pleased, maybe it was delicious. Curry chicken, curry vegetables, Indian bread, sauces. There was also a diet table where there was clean rice, boiled-steamed fish fillet, pasta. Fruits are delicious tangerines, medium bananas, sliced ​ ​ oranges, dates and some kind of local vegetable, not very good for our taste. Sweet, well, average. But in an attempt to make Turkish baklava in two forms (these options turned out to be the most edible of all), we were pleased. Once there was a watermelon, delicious, sweet. Dinner - pizza, tuna or duck / chicken was added, lelya kebab was fried in the tandoor, or shish kebab - everything is very tasty. I definitely didn’t see hungry : ) I really liked the location of several restaurants.
Depending on the settlement, you go to the one that is closer (everywhere is the same). Animation is weak. It started on the beach in the form of drawing faces for children, darts, volleyball and background music. In the hotel itself, this is a very small room, where, in fact, children are bored if there is no suitable company. We were lucky, our youngest (5 years old) will find company for herself anywhere and put on everyone’s ears water park ride. Every day they gave out ice cream at different points (including on the beach). Beach. I am not a fan of hiking tours with towels, circles, bags, but here it was really closer and faster to the sea than waiting for this only bus..... the only minus of this hiking tour is the road crossing, but the movement is one-way and it was not difficult to cross it. The beach itself is quite long, it was cleaned and cleaned. Trash cans and ashtrays are everywhere.
Beds and mattresses are not the first freshness, but everything is decent and working. Loved the entrance. That's how much I rested in Sharm and got used to the fact that in order to swim you need to go through the pantone, and then..... I'm not a swimmer and therefore this has always been a problem for me. And if you also have a baby, you can’t drag him to the depths. And here is a great entry (I even stopped wearing corals). Someone said that there is no beautiful reef....those islands with fish were enough for me. And the husband and son swam away, where these reefs were. We bought a newfangled mask - this is for people like me - with a pipe in my teeth, this business didn’t work for me before, but here I felt like a diver : ) you lie on the water and watch the fish, beauty. As for the water park, we had the opportunity to go to the 5th from 10 to 17 (it is a fence in the fence with our 4th). A bunch of children's water parks, but there are only 4 slides. BUT....where there are two slides, you can stand in line for a circle from 30 minutes to an hour....on the second one too.

There was no queue on the slide with a free fall into the pipe....mine moved out of it, they said cool. We didn’t go to the 5-ku anymore, we liked our diverse water park without queues. Evening animation is horror, nightmare and so on....a couple of times were, but it's not worth it. We walked three times to the old town. Very close - 15 minutes at a leisurely pace, minus the need to cross several very active roads. A beautiful mosque, a bunch of shops where you need to haggle a lot and, in general, stretch your legs, that's it. Weather. We arrived on 21.04 and for the first two evenings I even wore blouses for the children. Every day it became warmer and warmer, and by the end of our vacation, it just started to get hot. The last few days the sun has been scorching mercilessly, therefore, it is still a mystery to me who comes here to rest in June-July-August..... But even in winter it is cold in Egypt. Somehow we rested in March and I was very cold, no pleasure from the rest. I believe
that the second half of April to mid-May and September-October is the best time for a holiday in this country. During our vacation, we also faced the problem of aching stomachs - every other day we drank pills....At first I could not understand the reason... I did not see processed food, everything was prepared and served fresh..... then it came - coffee, tea , juices on their water, and it is of terrible quality. My body did not accept their milk (after a latte in a bar, I came to my senses all night..... ) So take all sorts of special means with you, they definitely won’t be superfluous. What else pleased in this hotel is the contingent of vacationers. If the Arabs, then there are few of them and they behave decently (there is something to compare with), their women bathe in special costumes, and those who climbed into the pool in the same attire as for everyday life received comments, I saw it myself and was pleasantly surprised by this circumstance . Will I return to this hotel - for a family holiday - I will consider it,
As for Egypt, this is a great option. If without children, then I will choose a different type of hotel (I am not a fan of water parks) for relaxation.
