This is the 7th trip to Egypt. Were with a child of 2 years.
Liked:
the price-quality ratio was pleasantly surprised;
animation in Russian, responsible attitude towards children, every evening cartoons for children on the big screen;
turned on the heating of a huge pool at the request of vacationers;
they immediately give good numbers without surcharges;
beautiful, well-groomed territory;
delicious food (cooks are Russian and Turks, there was borscht upon arrival; )
guide from Pegasus Julia (really helps, does more than it should)
good free cleaning service (the cleaner tip me off the bed!!!! )
round-the-clock access to milk, food can be taken out (I fed the child in the room and once the waiter took the plate from me, I explained that the child does not eat anything in the restaurant, he replied that he understood and covered the plate with a napkin so that nothing would fall into the child's soup)
absence of Russians, comfortable customs clearance.
Did not like:

Cockroaches. We changed our room because of the music in the bar, the room was right above the bar, 2nd floor. And in one and the second there were cockroaches. My husband went to a restaurant around 22.00. says they also crawled everywhere, there were almost no people at that time.
Beach: walk along the dead corals to the water with sand for 50-100 meters. There is no Pantone. There is nowhere for a child to swim at low tide.
There are no juices - only yupi, drinks like juices are put in the refrigerator, but almost all have 2 additives E, incl. E330.
They steal towels, 2 were stolen from us in half an hour from 12 to 12.30 in the afternoon.
Despite my strongest disgust towards cockroaches (they crawled in the bathroom. on children's clothes....)
The pros of this hotel outweighed the cons, I would go to this hotel again. Domestic insects did not seem to be brought home))
There we met the family, they lived on the 3rd floor, they did not see cockroaches.
