If you are coming with a request for good service, then this is not your hotel.
If you hope to be heard and that some of your personal, personal wishes will be taken into account (for your own money) - then this is definitely not your hotel!
This is the first time I've encountered such non-customer focus. Russian-speaking managers emit a meta message - "well, what else do you need. " All controversial situations should occur exclusively during their working hours, if something happened later, then, apparently, they don’t care much.
The rooms are cleaned every time in different ways, as lucky - when they put something in, when they forget it. I had to contact the reception and focus on this. I also saw a hotel guest go to the cleaner and ask for toilet paper. Deficiency, apparently.
There is a selection of food, but most of it is tasteless, meat is like rubber ..
Of the really tasty - a lot of different types of sweets, although I'm not a particular fan of them.
If there is a conflict between vacationers on the territory of the hotel, then the staff prefers to observe and practically does not react at all. On vacation there was one, the visitors in the general mass are not Russian-speaking. For some reason, they allow themselves to come up and make remarks in an edifying tone and in a loud voice, knock on the table and grab my hand on the subject of the fact that I was talking on the phone (! ) in a restaurant, making me a whipping girl for the amusement of the public. And no one stood up. You see, it became noisy to some hundred-year-old family couple that there was still life at the next table)) When I informed the managers (Svetlana and Veronika) about this unpleasant incident, they dismissed me like an annoying fly and reproached me that I really, wow, that made someone feel uncomfortable.
In a crowded public place, talking in a calm tone on the phone for 10 minutes. Just delusional nonsense. I asked to see the hotel's charter, which spelled out the rules that you can not use the phone in the restaurant, to which the answer was that they have such unspoken rules. So be aware of this, that in this hotel you may have to move along the wall, and not enjoy life.
Hell for asthmatics and allergy sufferers. Everywhere and non-stop spray chemical air freshener. A lot, a lot, a lot. Breathing is impossible. In the dining room, corridors, at the reception and even in the room - persistent amber is everywhere. Which cannot even be interrupted by the aroma, for example, of coffee or food. She moved in dashes, covering her nose with elements of clothing. As I was explained - this is the concept of the hotel, its personal smell, be patient.
The hotel area is small, two buildings, a beach, a hotel bar and a swimming pool. Everything is for the sim. If you leave the hotel, then there is nowhere to go either.
There is absolutely nothing within walking distance. Ruins, road, and walls of neighboring hotels. There is no greenery. A counted number of palm trees along the coast.
The main contingent, 80 percent of the occupancy - foreigners aged 60+
+ The visual is generally pretty, there are no questions here. Stylish, modern, expensive in places. But, as it turned out, dust in the eyes.?
++ Very friendly waitress girls, always smiling, nice, positive
Now let's move on to the hotel itself. The exterior and interior of the hotel is very good, and the smell in the room is just bombese. We were given a very good room, but with a view of the building. We changed the room to a slightly smaller one, but overlooking the garden and the old building. The room is quite spacious, but not too fresh, although in a new building.
There are two beds in the room, which we pushed together and we got one huge bed 2.5 m wide). Dressed huge, pillows 6 pieces.
Cleaned the room normally, there were no complaints. The restaurant is located in the old building, across the street from the new one. Large, spacious, beautiful, the tables are at a safe distance from each other. The food in the restaurant is traditional for Egypt. Just a lot, and tasty and not very. ) Fish, seafood is always there. We didn't like the service in the restaurant. The waiters were in no hurry to approach, ran past without stopping, brought drinks and coffee, when we had already eaten and were about to leave, they apologized. Food is given out of a glass showcase, there is no access to food.
In the evening, performances of artists and musicians are organized on the street. Wi-Fi is normal in all areas, on the territory of the hotel except the beach. By the way, the territory of the hotel is very small.
Well, at least outside the hotel there is a promenade where we walked in the evenings.
There are 2 pools, but we didn't use them.
The biggest disappointment in this hotel was the gym. I would say that this is not a hall, but a corner, and in a pandemic this is not acceptable. Two people entered and there is nowhere to turn around. There is no instructor, there is no one to advise, there is no one to show how to turn on the treadmill. Treadmills stand outdoors in the heat of 34 degrees. It's just hot to stand, and running is generally trash, you can spit out your heart))). In general, we are satisfied with the choice of the hotel. I hope to return here in due course, because if you forget something in this place, you will definitely return. I forgot my swimsuit on the beach, so I'll be back for it on my next vacation. )
I liked the food at the hotel, the best we ate in Egypt: quite varied and tasty. For dinner, a good selection of meat, fish, poultry (the chef walks around the hall every evening and is interested in the opinion of guests on the menu). The only thing I didn't like was the desserts: there are a lot of them, but they all taste the same plus or minus and none.
The staff is very polite, it is clear that they have undergone special / training: everyone speaks tolerably in English, smiles and tries to please as much as possible, no one begs for tips.
Room cleaning: on the one hand, the cleaner went after us every day with a question about cleaning the room (although we had a Do Not Disturb sign), cleaned when we asked, but the cleaning was very superficial. - a significant part of the room is occupied by a carpet and, in my opinion, he never removed it - balls of hair and dust were on it all week.
Sea: entry into the sea is just great, soft sand (the first time I didn’t need aqua shoes), the sea is clean, the beach is also well organized (there are sunbeds, gazebos). Its only drawback is its very small area and the buoys are very close to the shore, because. nearby parking for yachts. There are practically no fish and other fauna, so 1-2 in sight. To swim on the reef you need to go outside the hotel. In fact, swimming is not particularly interesting, a mask is not needed. As soon as you approach the buoys, they begin to whistle intensively into the whistle.
The hotel itself consists of 2 buildings: the first line is the new one and the old one, which stands right behind it. In my opinion, the project is strange, because. the rooms of the old building only have a view of the pool (with constantly flowing water) and the mountain (in fact, the road or the construction site).
And even if you are lucky and they give you a room with a sea view, then everything is not simple here either: the building stands in a semicircle and in the middle of the cafe and a performance area that is open every day until one in the morning (the sound is very loud), plus there is restaurant grill and all the smell with a fair wind carries into the rooms.
Also a big drawback is the lack of the hotel’s own fenced area: the hotel itself is surrounded by private apartments (at the stage of active construction), a “common” road runs between the buildings, and a couple of meters from it there is a hotel pool and sun loungers (there is a fence, but it is not high).
There is also a very good pharmacy on site, but most of the shops were closed.
Of the unpleasant moments, I can also add that the hotel wi-fi jams uber and sites like tripadwiser.
A couple of minutes walk from the hotel is the Sahl Hasheesh Fountain Alley (you can walk at sunset, it has beautiful lights) and a small but good supermarket (mango, fruits, ice cream in it).
The hotel has a good repair in the rooms (in the old building), there are no questions about the beds / mattresses / bedding, everything is ok.
We did not try alcohol, Cola, Fanta, etc. in the mini-bar it is Cola and Fanta, and not local counterparts.
We arrived late at night and checked in at 02:30, the documents were processed very quickly, we were treated to non-alcoholic cocktails and helped to carry our luggage to the room. The hotel is wonderful - clean, tidy, very beautiful and without excessive pomp. All hotel staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. We had a room with a sea view and a jacuzzi on the balcony - incredible beauty! After checking in, we were also brought dinner to our room: fruits and buns! )) The room is large, bright, the mini-bar is replenished with water every day, and with drinks - every 4 days (everything is already included in the price and you don't need to pay extra). There are 4 towels for each and, if desired, they can be changed at least every day, there are bathrobes and slippers, detergents and toothbrushes, and even a machine and shaving gel. ))
Food. The food was amazingly delicious, every day for lunch and dinner there was a huge selection of fish and seafood (crabs, shrimp, salads with seafood). Delicious vegetables, meat and chicken. There are a lot of sweets, in the morning fresh orange juice, guava juice, mango; delicious cocktails for dinner (for those who wish - alcoholic) )) For 6 days we have not tried everything. There are no queues for food at all.
Sea. The beach in Sunrise Romance is fabulously beautiful: a smooth sandy entrance to the sea, amazingly clear water, very clean. There were free sunbeds at any time, drinks and water are carried (for the lazy) directly to the sunbeds)) There are 2 more pools on the territory of the hotel, but we prefer the sea, so we didn’t swim there.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, most of the rooms have their own balcony overlooking the sea. We booked the Deluxe Sea View room - and to be honest, the view from the room is simply gorgeous. In addition, the room itself is bright, spacious, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable pastime: bathrobes, slippers, a set of mini perfumes in the bathroom, a kettle, tea and coffee bags, a safe (all this is included in the room price). Free Wi-Fi also worked in the room, although only the first 2 days of our arrival, then for some reason access to the room was limited, but downstairs at the reception, in the lobby bar, in the restaurant and even sometimes on the beach, Wi-Fi worked well on throughout our holiday.
There are several restaurants in the hotel: the main one, which is located on the 0th floor of the hotel, and 2 Ala Carte restaurants, Italian and Chinese.
(Regarding visits to Alya Carte restaurants, you need to check at the reception - we, for example, had the opportunity to visit each of them once for free). Regarding the main restaurant - they cook there very tasty, they provide a fairly wide range of dishes for every taste, and every day the dishes are different, for example: one day - seafood dishes, the other day - Asian cuisine, the third day - European ...etc. The food selection is buffet style and there are never long queues or shortages of food.
Hotel service is a separate issue in general - everything is at a very high level: rooms are cleaned every day, you can order at any time convenient for you, but until 17:00, the waiters in the restaurant are always polite, smiling, and all the time they are interested in whether guests something else, bartenders and waiters in the bar on the street and on the beach - they always offer drinks or cocktails, they bring them themselves, and even offer to wipe glasses!
: ) By the way, for all the ordered drinks they bring an invoice, on which you need to sign and write the room number, but it is stamped - Do not pay this order. If you order a drink or other services that are not included in the All Inclusive system, you will be warned that this service is Extra and you will be asked to write your last name on the bill.
The hotel's beach is sandy, always clean, there are many sunbeds, each has a mattress, there are also secluded gazebos with mattresses where you can hide from the sun. The entrance to the sea is cleared of corals, the depth starts after 7-8 meters from the shore.
There is no animation as such in the hotel, but almost every evening there is live music - musicians perform, play the guitar, violin, etc.
The hotel is located on the embankment, where there are cozy restaurants and a lot of different shops: clothes, souvenirs, leather, furs, there is also a pharmacy nearby.
To summarize our holiday in Egypt as a whole - we liked everything very much, the sea, the hotel, the food, the service and the quality were very satisfied!
I really recommend the Premier Romance Hotel to all those who want a quiet, secluded holiday in a beautiful place! : )
Room tip: For a great view, I recommend the Deluxe Sea View room.
The first impression of the hotel was amazing. Ennobled territory, friendly reception, interesting design, helpful staff - this is just a small part of what I want to mention.
Set up took a matter of minutes. After that, we were shown to the room and helped to bring things. The room is clean and pleasantly smelling, as they say, not a speck of dust, not a mote. We took a shower right after check-in - there is always hot water.
For the convenience of customers, Wi-Fi is installed throughout the hotel, even on the beach. You can always surf the Internet and chat with friends and relatives.
The beach is clean with a gentle entrance to the sea. There are wooden deck chairs. The fish in the sea are not particularly visible, but we saw stingrays. Let's just say the beach is on the level. Help spread out towels and ask what drinks to bring. All staff are very polite.
Fed to death! Various types of meat: kebabs, steaks, fish and seafood. Fruits habitual for Russians: pears, apples, grapes. Never left hungry! Orange juice in the morning. In general, the kitchen is on the level.
The evening program is very unobtrusive without any competitions. Everything was respectable vocalist, violinist, belly dancer. . .
In general, I left with a lot of pleasant sensations! We are 100% sure that we will return to this hotel more than once and recommend it to all our friends!
Now about the romance itself, for which we came. If you want to spend a romantic evening in your room - forget about it! The room does not even have a menu about food delivery as a room service. Go to the store and buy chips with cola...
We went to the beach - the beautiful sea, sun and wind. On the beach in Egypt there are no barriers from the wind. Therefore, after 11 it is hot in the sun, and cold in the shade. The beach is small, about 100 m. However, you can enter the water only on its right side. On the left are pieces of coral covered with sand with mounds and holes in which hedgehogs and snakes. On the beach, too, a fun contingent of vacationers 80% of retirement and pre-retirement age. When you see enough of these “tight, inflated tanned torsos and swimsuits”, you don’t just want romance, you want to get drunk. There would be fences, at least they would not see it all the time.
The idiocy of the beach lies also in the fact that all umbrellas are wooden with gaps between stuffed sticks (see photo). When you lie on the beach, umbrellas protect from the sun only until 11 from 15. Just when the sun is at its strongest, you hide under an umbrella, but there is no shade! The sun is at its zenith and mercilessly burns you through the holes between the sticks.
Even the first line of umbrellas is far enough from the sea - 20 meters. And these 20 meters you need to walk on almost stone ground on which sharp shells and stones come across. After our neighbors cut their legs, we began to walk to the sea in flip flops. Soft sand is only at the entrance to the sea.
There are no children in the hotel, but the hotel has no territory either. Therefore, your romantic mood will quickly be attacked by the screams of wild children who drive along the promenade 5 meters from the beaches or drive into apartments (neighboring beaches). We were also very lucky to get to a local wedding in a neighboring building - el Gusto apartments. In addition to the screams of children during the day on the beach - in the evening until 5 am, music was rumbling creating an unforgettable experience.
And now, the most beautiful thing is the sunset, we left the beach, sat down in a cafe on the tiny territory of our hotel, and then the noise and din caused by the crowds of our compatriots. It turns out that they were massively released from the Pyramis hotel, into which only “ours” are brought. Noise-gum, swearing, children are footballing bottles of water and throwing flip flops.
But that is not all. Electric cars that are rented begin to rumble along the promenade. Electric cars rumble because all the lanes on the promenade are tiled, and “what Russian doesn’t like fast driving”, especially for all-inclusive?
Such concepts as security exist only at the entrance to Sahl Hasheesh, and its own territory is completely absent. Not only on our beach, but also whoever you want can freely enter our hotel. We ourselves took advantage of this and got acquainted with neighboring hotels.
I don’t even write about such trifles as the lack of understanding of Russian at the reception, unsigned Russian dishes in the restaurant, the lack of normal alcohol in the hotel besides beer and sour wine.
But what surprised me once again was that there are modern flat LCD TVs in the room, but you can't connect to them via HDMI - there are no connectors!
In conclusion, I can say that this hotel is VERY different from all the other Egyptian fives in which we stayed. The complete absence of territory and secluded places on the territory of the hotel leaves only the room for romance.
It's strange, but this hotel is much less romantic than we expected.
