This hotel was recommended to us by friends, they were three years ago for their anniversary. Of course, it is difficult to compare according to stories and old photos, but I got the opinion that it used to be much better than it is now. We got to the place in the morning, during breakfast, it seems that no one really took much time, but we didn’t have time to eat, or maybe breakfast wasn’t supposed to be on the day of arrival, I don’t know. The room they gave us was not bad, spacious and bright, an excellent hard bed, the air conditioner worked, a decent bathroom, a view of the pool, they cleaned every day, in general we liked it. The territory is not very large, rather compact, there are no large transitions within the complex, which was very pleasing. The beach is nearby, quite roomy, we found free sun loungers at any time, even if we came after 10. I didn’t like entering the water from the shore, I swam only from the pier, there is immediately depth, but of course, the tides must be taken into account. There is no super beautiful reef here, only small, as it were, islands of corals, so you can see something underwater, the fish were mostly not big, but beautiful and colorful. The food was thought that it would be brighter, of course, no one went hungry, it seems that there is a choice, but for some reason they expected more seafood, more interesting serving of dishes and better service. We practically do not drink alcohol, a maximum of a glass of red wine for dinner, but here the wine is cheap, young, I did not like it. Entertainment also thought that it would be more professional and varied, according to friends, it used to be more and more interesting, but to be honest, we rarely got bored, plus in Egypt you can always somehow diversify your vacation on your own. The vacationers were very different with us, there were practically no Russian speakers, mostly Western Europeans, many couples of retirement age, so the hotel is quiet and calm, there is no youth movement here. Sometimes we went to the promenade, it’s already more interesting there, there is something to see, a lot of beautiful places, such as with fountains. But we were still satisfied with the rest and I think that if an inexpensive tour turns up, though it’s hard to believe, then you can fly here again.
