1. The hotel, in part, was chosen at sunset in the sea, they did not lose. Sunset is good, gently sloping, sandy shore, in some places there are corals and lovers of the underwater world will not be bored. A large turtle swam a few times. After sunset, swimming is not advisable. Fish swim to the coral islets, quite large. The beach definitely needs attention. The beach is clean, there is always staff who removes glasses and excess garbage. As soon as you come to the beach, they immediately bring mattresses to sunbeds and, in general, the staff who work on the beach are very pleasant and smiling.
Adel, the bartender at the beach bar - fire! The most pleasant and does its job at 200%! We didn’t have time to come up, he already makes the drink we need, treats us to coffee and makes the atmosphere there as inviting and comfortable as possible.
Also, I want to say that people who offer pigtails, excursions, restaurants on the beach are usually a little arrogant, BUT NOT IN THIS CASE! I would like to say a huge thank you to Samy. He will always show and tell the truth on excursions, offer the best and most interesting options, and in general a very pleasant person who will support any conversation. He also sits in the lobby of the hotel at lunchtime.


2. The food is good, fresh. During the 8 days of stay at the hotel, there was never a hint of spoiled food. Of the fruits were: oranges, bananas, dates, melon, apples, grapes. There is also a large selection of vegetables. There is always fish and meat for lunch and dinner. Also, various side dishes: rice, spaghetti, french fries (and a bunch of its varieties), couscous, etc.
Cutlery - packed. There is always a bottle of water on the table, they will always bring as much as you need upon request. Breakfasts and lunches are held indoors, in the dining room itself. But dinner is served on a large terrace. Very atmospheric and beautiful.
3. Animation is not bad. Guys, Ahmeds, well done, they do their job well. They do not bother, do not climb into the eyes, they beautifully offer to play darts and take part in local entertainment.
4. The room was cleaned well. Changed towels and linen every time.
Check in was quick, took about 10 minutes. We asked for a room with a sea view and a balcony, they gave it without any problems for a small surcharge.
Of course, since the hotel is not new, there are disadvantages in the rooms. But if you go to the sea and keep the mood for a positive holiday, you will like it.
AND NOW ABOUT THE MAIN THING, about the staff at this hotel. These are people who really took a vacation and leaving, on the last day, we even shed a tear.
In the restaurant, the staff is very neat and attentive. I did not have time to sit down - they will already offer drinks. And if you sit down in the same place for several days, your drinks will be put on the right table in advance. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, the waiter with glasses (he is the only one there) and the worker with him next to Ismail make the food even tastier with their presence. Always with a smile, always positive.

The bartender at Cactus - Tito, will make your evening even more enjoyable. Also, by chance, met with the executive directors of the hotel. Always smile, ask how the vacation is, is everything okay.
Quickly resolve issues that arise. In our case, the watch was lost. Through our fault, they left them on the sofas near the animation. In the morning, remembering them, and asking the staff for help, the watch was on hand in 10 minutes.
Definitely a hotel to return to. And a very important role in this is played by the staff who perform their work at the highest level.
I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again!
