In the room, all the cosmetics are as it should be in the top five, except for shaving accessories (they weren’t even brought upon request). Bathrobes were brought on request, they were also changed every few days, but it didn’t work out with slippers - they simply weren’t in the whole hotel.
Bath and beach towels changed every day. The bed is comfortable, hot water without complaints and pressure, and temperature. Spacious terrace. Important: there were no insects either in the room or on the territory of the hotel (we were ready for mosquitoes but did not meet).
NUTRITION. In the dining room three times a day and in bars all the time drinks plus food at certain hours.
The food is varied - meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, pastries, drinks, every day they prepared dishes of different cuisines in addition to the standard set. Drinks in bars almost around the clock, food and ice cream - at certain hours.

SERVICE. The staff is very attentive. The concierge and reception helped with various requests, even in small things, they understand Russian, but English is easier.
On the day of departure, they made us an unpleasant "surprise": we were awakened by a call at 4:30 in the morning and asked to move out. saying that our bus with transfer to the airport was waiting under the hotel, although the check-out was at 12:00, and after about 10 minutes of finding out, it turned out to be a mistake.
Outside the hotel there is a small town of Port Ghalib with a real port where multi-tiered ships arrive, souvenir shops, cafes and pharmacies. Beyond its territory is a desert.

We were a family of 3 adults (Mom, dad and daughter 17 years old), we slept all the way, since the flight was at night, so we didn’t feel the duration of the road .

As we understood, there are several hotels on the territory and, ideally, they should work as a whole. But due to the fact that it opened recently, it does not work at full capacity.
The beach is huge! There is a sunset right from the shore, there is a pier with beautiful views and marine life. If you are not too lazy and swim further, you will see a local cutie turtle.
The kitchen is great. Good quality food. There is no super-duper "variety", but everything is very worthy and everyone will find something to their liking.
Service is just great! All the staff are very polite, correct, friendly, smiling and friendly, with humor) This applies to absolutely everyone: the guys in the kitchen, in the bar, waiters, lifeguards near the pool and on the beach, and those creative guys who clean the rooms and change towels. ) )))
The animation team is our love! Positive, active, unobtrusive guys who try very hard (and they do it very well) to make your vacation varied and interesting.

The hotel clearly does not pull on 5 stars, and even 3 is too much for it.
