Классный отель Cool hotel

We returned from this hotel a day ago. Rested from 24.10. 2021. until 31.10. 2021 I do not leave reviews often. The only reason is laziness) But in this case I will not be lazy.
The Palace Port Ghalib hotel was offered to us by a travel agency with which we have been cooperating for 10 years and they know our taste preferences and budget. Among the list of hotels for consideration were various options (Hurghada, Sharm and Marsa Alam), but the emphasis was on this hotel. First of all, of course, they began to read reviews about those options that they liked, study photos and videos, video reviews on you tube. We have already rested in Sharm and Hurghada many times, I wanted something new.
According to the photo and video, I really liked this particular hotel and the price was interesting. It was alarming that there were no fresh reviews. Last 2019. We were explained that the hotel had just opened recently, since the beginning of the pandemic the hotel had not been working. While we were thinking, weighing, choosing and choosing at our own peril and risk at this hotel, it turned out that there are no more direct tickets from Kyiv to Marsa Alam ((((There is an option to Hurghada and a transfer of 2.5 hours. We still decided to choose this option. In fact, the transfer is 3.5-4 hours (with stops). We were a family of 3 adults (Mom, dad and daughter 17 years old), we slept all the way, since the flight was at night, so we didn’t feel the duration of the road .

Now about the hotel itself. The hotel is chic! They settled right away. Room 6328 overlooking the pool and the restaurant (some sea view from the balcony)
As we understood, there are several hotels on the territory and, ideally, they should work as a whole. But due to the fact that it opened recently, it does not work at full capacity.
The beach is huge! There is a sunset right from the shore, there is a pier with beautiful views and marine life. If you are not too lazy and swim further, you will see a local cutie turtle.
The kitchen is great. Good quality food. There is no super-duper "variety", but everything is very worthy and everyone will find something to their liking.
Service is just great! All the staff are very polite, correct, friendly, smiling and friendly, with humor) This applies to absolutely everyone: the guys in the kitchen, in the bar, waiters, lifeguards near the pool and on the beach, and those creative guys who clean the rooms and change towels. ) )))
The animation team is our love! Positive, active, unobtrusive guys who try very hard (and they do it very well) to make your vacation varied and interesting.
We also had the “stars” and had a super beach volleyball team! This is an amazing international team (Ukraine, Russia, Belorus)
In the afternoon we had "incendiary" battles on the beach!!!
