5. Calm bay with fish. You can always swim
6. Near shops, there will be no problem with buying gifts. For Mars, this is very good.
7. Near restaurants, cafes. There is where to have fun for those who want.
8. Really attentive staff in the restaurant, bar, on the beach. Slightly Russified
9. Great food
10. They issue instructions in Russian (this is rare for Mars)

1. Room without balcony
2. The room is the furthest from the beach. Walk in the heat 10 min
3. The sink was clogged

5. TV didn't work

ROOM
At first there was shock. I wrote to the managers at the hotel before arriving, asking for a room with a balcony and closer to the beach. Not a single request was taken into account. Room 1355. The farthest room from the beach, next to the garbage cans, no balcony, in which the sink was clogged, there was no hot water, the TV and telephone did not work. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed. If you give the worst number, then make it work
We arrived at 3 a. m. and immediately had to call a plumber, since you couldn’t even wash your hands. They brought a snack only after a reminder. Pay ATTENTION - to open the number, the card must be inserted with the arrow up and removed, otherwise the number will not open. Room overlooking the bay. There is a TV, a kettle with a set of tea / coffee / sugar / plum. In the refrigerator 3 half-liter bottles of water, cans of cola, sprite for free. Left a dollar every other day.
NUTRITION.
Breakfast - eggs, pancakes, sausages and more. The main thing is the most delicious pastries. Be careful with sausages. Poisoned. 3 days before this, it was fine. On the 4th day I got a spoiled sausage. Nifuroxazide helped. The next day I was able to eat and swim.
Lunch and dinner are meals. Lots of delicious things. Not enough stomach to try everything. The waiters are constantly coming up, asking if everything is in order and what else to bring from drinks.
BEACH
Clean. Sunbeds and umbrellas are always full. Employees help with sunbeds, put in the shade, lay towels. On attempts to help, they answer: “No need. We are all on our own" with a smile
SEA

There are 2 entrances to the sea. In the middle of the beach - The sunset is gentle. Before the cliff at high tide 5 m, at low tide 3 m. If you stand facing the sea, on the right after 20 m - a more convenient entry. There is no break here. Just a gentle descent. Quite an interesting coral reef with living creatures, especially for beginners. The reef stretches to the pontoon of the InterContinental Hotel. You can always swim. A huge number of various and colorful fish. Of the essential - turtles, moray eels, octopuses, hedgehog fish, stingrays and eagle rays.
I tried to walk to the pontoons of neighboring hotels - security does not let me (both along the coast, and along the path, and at 6 in the morning, and at 11)
If you swim to the pontoon of the Intercontinental Hotel from Sunrise against the waves - 10 minutes, back - 6 minutes. If you sail to the second pontoon of the Crown Plaza Hotel - against the waves - an hour, back 35 minutes. I tried to swim across the bay - in the middle the reef stretches along the bay. The reef is dead, but it was there that I first met the bracken. Two more times I met eagles between the first and second pontoons. Once a couple circled around very slowly - buzz! Also between the pontoons there are many triggers, lionfish, moray eels, rays, turtles. A couple of hedgehog fish are constantly and amusingly played. I love those big-eyed smiles.
The biggest disadvantage is the huge number of snorkelers interfering with each other. You can get burned on coral. Which is what happened to me for the first time. Bakes like nettles for about 10 minutes. Then, after half a day, bubbles appear that itch. Now it's the fifth day - the irritation is still visible. Therefore, it is advisable to swim from 6 in the morning, but in the morning the colors under water do not play like that.
TOURS

I went with Olya to see dolphins in Sataya. This (fifth) time was the best. Olya just swam with me separately from the group. There were a lot of dolphins, in small flocks. Lots of dolphins. Therefore, while the crowds were “frightening” their group of dolphins, we were off to the side, the two of us, slowly swimming with another group of dolphins. And no one bothered us. This excursion costs 65 dollars at the hotel, at Olya 60 dollars. And much more fun. I also took diving with Olya and Rami in Abu Dabab - beauty, the main thing is that Rami finds and shows a lot of interesting things. I wouldn't even notice myself. I saw such a cuttlefish, I can’t take my eyes off it! The reef at Abu Dabab is only slightly inferior to Sharm el Luli. Turtles live in the bay. Why you should go snorkeling and diving only with Olya. I was on a snorkel with a group - horror! The swimmers interfere with each other. Also do not understand why they take diving in the port. Killed corals below. It's a pity for people who want to try diving and don't enjoy it. It’s better to order from Olya with Rami and dive in the most beautiful places. Besides, it's cheaper.
And finally - I MET A DUGON!! ! I tried to do it 10 times in different places, Dugosha ignored me. This time I went on an excursion on a yacht. There, at first, a worker on the zodiac searches for the dugong all over Mubarak Bay, then a group of tourists is brought there. The dugong swam very slowly, ate, played, turned over with its tummy. Three times next to me rose to the surface. She barely restrained herself from touching it. This went on for a very long time.
SHOPPING, ENTERTAINMENT
A huge plus of this hotel is that there are many shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. In Marsa Alam, it is always a problem to buy gifts. Either there is nothing near the hotel, or it is fabulously expensive. There is a very good selection here, but BARGAIN. I was reduced in 3 shops from 25 to 15 dollars. True, in the fourth it didn’t work))) In one of the shops I agreed that they would bring 2 kg of mango for 10 dollars (10-12 pieces). They brought it, they began to demand 15. I was inexorable (we agreed). Ended up giving it away for 10.
HOTEL STAFF
Very friendly. This is the first hotel in Egypt where the waiters constantly asked me if I wanted anything. One of the employees came to the room and asked if everything was in order (but the phone was never fixed). The beach workers are always helpful.
ANEX TOUR
That's horrible. Paid for 9 nights. But 2 nights of them were at the airport and not at the hotel. Ofigela when they told me that they would not give a lunchbox for the tour, because I was going on from the Anex tour. My explanations that I paid for breakfast and lunch, and they are obliged to issue a lunchbox, did not lead to anything. The hotel has an agreement with Anex tour, and if I'm not coming from Anex tour, I MUST PAY FOR LUNCHBOX. Not only did they save me 2 days of rest, they also don’t want to feed me for my money.
Although the guide from the Anex tour was smart. Always helped. And it's not his fault that management's policy is directed against customers.

However, in general, the vacation was wonderful, as 3 dreams came true - I saw eagles, cuttlefish and dugong.
