So. For a long time I was going to write a review, three months have passed since we returned from vacation, but the emotions subsided. You know, this is the hotel that you want to return to again and again and again. And now in order.
We flew with Anekstur, I can’t say anything bad, and I can’t say anything particularly good about him. The guide was seen once at a meeting, when he realized that we did not need excursions, his interest in us disappeared. There was one bad thing though. He did not provide any information on the flight. Generally. The people who traveled with us called him, we found out at the reception...
1. Accommodation. The rooms are in very good condition, comfortable, large enough, we freely accommodated with two children. The bath let us down a little, it is small in size and I don’t understand why there is a bath and not a shower. There is no faucet in the bath to pour water into it, there is no drain plug, and it is impossible to fill the shower with water, since the hose is very short and the watering can does not reach the bath. It was not very convenient to wash children, as they are small, the shower hose is short, we had to lift them up in order to wash our legs and priests normally. The room has a minibar. Water was replenished for four daily 4 half-liter bottles. Previously, according to reviews, Fanta Cola Sprite was replenished for free once a week, now this is not the case, these drinks are free only once. Cleaning: I didn’t twist the swans, I cleaned it cleanly, I even wiped the floors, which is rare in Egypt, they left a buck for a tip. He gave us a rumba as a gift, after one of the cleanings they found a bottle of red wine in the room, by the way the wine was very good. We used the laundry service, I was pleased with the speed of service, usually picking up a package in the morning, by the evening everything was already washed (compared with previous Egyptian hotels, at best they brought it the next day). No tea/coffee facilities.

2. Territory. Large, green enough, there is where to walk. The paths are even, there are several places where there are steps (low 3-4 pieces), but even to such small stairs there is a descent for strollers, which was very pleasing. The territory is divided into three sectors. Conventionally, we divided it into the right one - Italian, there was Italian animation and the Italians sat there. Central - international animation took place there. And the left sector, the animation was based there. The experiment or something, they had rope jumps, some kind of ropes, but we didn’t see how they worked for three weeks (we had a number just in this sector and they were very clearly visible from the balcony), although the staff was sitting there. In the same sector there was a volleyball court (played twice a day), boccia, billiards (as far as I understood it was free until sunset). Each sector has a large pool, each pool has its own bar. In each sector there is also a children's shallow pool. Another fourth children's pool on the territory of the mini-club, there is also a playground. She is not particularly rich, one slide and a swing. Behind the reception there is an alley of shops, prices are high, as elsewhere in Mars, there is another small super for the checkpoint and across the road, right in front of the checkpoint. There prices are lower. Two more shops (spices and souvenirs) near the beach bar. The beach is long, there is plenty of space between the sunbeds. The sand is coarse, prickly, a lot of pebbles, coral fragments, shells. Representatives of the spa, excursions, etc. periodically go along the beach. At the point of issue of towels (by the way, there are three of them on the beach and at each pool (but not all of them always worked) you can take a red flag, tie it to an umbrella and then they won’t bother you. There is a beach bar in the center. Drinks are poured into plastic, if you take it with you, if you sit there, then in the glass. There is also a refrigerator with ice cream, they gave it from 12 to 5, as much as you want. The only thing was that varieties could run out by 5. There were three of them: mango, chocolate, strawberry. Quite tasty. You can dine in the same bar. There are mangroves on the left side of the beach.
3. Food. Average. There were no raptures about her, but surprisingly, everything was quite edible. We were pleased with coffee machines, they worked for all meals, and there was always a tea table. Breakfast is standard: sausages, cheese, buns, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, cereals, sausages, eggs. Station with omelettes and hash browns. And they also deep-fried zucchini, eggplant and bean balls (I don’t remember the name). Eggplants are insanely delicious, they had breakfast mostly with salty soft cheese. But there are no juices, or rather there were, but in the morning only UPI. (by the way, in bars and at other meals, juices from packages). Lunch: chicken, fish, meat were always there (by the way, meat was very rarely tough, beef was almost always soft and tasty), vegetables, rice, pasta from the cook. Soups are not bad (usually there were two to choose from). Although their borscht is certainly strange  . Separately, the restaurant has a diet table, there were always steamed vegetables, rice, boiled meat. The choice is in principle large, I have not listed everything. You could also dine at the bar on the beach, there they fried hamburgers, shawarma, buns, vegetables were. Basically, you can eat. Dinners are usually themed, every day a different cuisine, respectively, the choice of dishes was from the presented cuisine. On one of the days of the week there was a barbecue on the streets, on the day of Egypt they cooked something like shawarma on the street, etc. The choice of fruits was relatively small: apples, melons, dates, peaches, bananas, citrus fruits, a couple of times they gave watermelon. Looks like it's out of season. The sweet table is good, although we are not very eaters, but what we took was delicious. You also have the right to visit paid restaurants. The information was different, our guide said that he could eat there 4 times, the other guide said that twice a week. And since we lived there for three weeks, we remained a little incomprehensible. Went 4 times, twice each. The mangrove restaurant is on the left side of the hotel, you need to go at least for the sake of the surroundings, in itself it is very beautiful, beautiful view of the night sea, in a quiet place. The food there somehow did not make an impression, it was tasty, satisfying, but we were probably waiting for something more. In Trattoria (Italian restaurant), everything is exactly the opposite, it is located next to the main restaurant, on the terrace, respectively noisy, crowded, etc. , there is no romance. But the food is excellent, insanely delicious beef, gorgeous pizza. We liked.
4. Staff. Special thanks to the animation team! Usually we do not participate in animation, it is not interesting, we are more attracted to snork, but here we were included in the program. An excellent excursion to the villas, the Olympic Games are cool, a mini disco for children, large, full-fledged, about half an hour of dancing, my daughter was delighted. In general, the team is passionate. I can’t say for the evening show programs, I didn’t attend. So Google, Idel, Adam, Shaggy, Julia, Pi Vigo Thanks! (I’ll tell you right away for those who like to comment, they say, where do you write names so correctly, etc. , I asked myself, they wrote them down for me so that I don’t forget  ). Special thanks to the girls from the mini-club, especially Yulia, her daughter did not have a soul in her, she constantly spent time there. The mini-club has its own program, it is repeated every week, they fed horses with a camel, and wrote their names in hieroglyphs, painted pyramids, went to the bar to watch how pizza is made, constantly painted their faces. It wasn't boring, it was just sitting indoors and watching cartoons and drawing. They were entertained. The staff in the restaurant. As soon as we arrived, we sat down on the left side of the restaurant, there was a waiter, Mustafa (I write from memory, unfortunately I didn’t write down his name), remembered us, brought drinks without ordering, just remembered what we were drinking (they gave tea at dinner for a dollar ), then for the last week of vacation we moved to the right side of the restaurant (Mustafa went home) and there are also two excellent waiters Saad El Sayer (I also wrote down these names) (bringing drinks, I also remembered from the first time that we drink and immediately brought as soon as we sat down at the table) the second waiter, who removed the plates, also immediately noticed us, always helped to sit at the table, brought a high chair, his name is Mahmoud Mahamed.
5. Well, now a fly in the ointment. First: why did we move from one side of the restaurant to the other, Mustafa left, and another waiter came to replace him, and then it began. He just ignored us. Several times we left without waiting for his attention to our table. We went to the bar to get juice for the children, while we ourselves drank tea. All my attempts to appease him with a tip were unsuccessful, I took a buck several times and left with him, he simply did not fit our table. That's why we ran away from him. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name, I just saw him so rarely that it was simply impossible.

The second point, once there was a power outage for 15 minutes in the evening, not critical, but in those rooms that at that moment the safes were closed, they blocked them. During the day, the safe in my mother's room was not repaired (although they reported immediately). They fixed it after a second trip to the reception, when they said that we urgently needed its contents. The third point, the waiters in the bar near the reception, not all of course, there, in my opinion, there was one such with a bells and whistles. I found out that we are Russians and instead of juice in a sippy cup, I offered a small child to pour vodka, then in general I began to give a bottle of vodka to the child. He has an amateur joke, we practically don’t drink, and this jarred me in earnest, I pulled him up several times, but he quickly forgot it and the next time he did everything according to the same scenario. It pissed me off. But the bulk of the staff worked with a bang, we were remembered in many places, the children were always happy.
6. Snork. So the hotel has three lagoons. The left one is in the mangroves, you can swim, plantaxes live there, there are several interesting pebbles closer to the outside of the reef. The central lagoon is empty, mostly sand, they did not swim. The most thrill is the right lagoon, it starts outside the hotel, in the area of private villas. There is where to swim and what to see There are a lot of fish, beautiful corals, while relatively shallow, in some places you can even stand up. We saw there a moray eel, a small octopus, in the evening a lot of lionfish, of course, the standard set is all present. Sometimes there was a feeling that you were swimming in a fish soup... The bay is in the north. Passed both sides. The right one is really crumpled in places, it can be seen that they blew up for something, but in some places it’s beautiful, though it’s muddy (as it turned out to be a common misfortune of this bay, there is always dregs). You can swim once for the sake of interest. The left side is much steeper, it's something fabulous, mostly fire coral, but it's just insanely beautiful. The reef descends to the depth in steps, there are small bays in shallow water, where one could swim endlessly. On this reef they saw two turtles (or maybe one), one swam to the depth, the second lay at the bottom (maybe it's the same). But the visibility is lame, yes, swimming is just fine, you won’t be able to take pictures, we have a few shots, but everything is muddy.
7. Diving. Guys are great. I studied there, I liked everything. The equipment is good, the condition is excellent, the organization is also great. My husband and I were on a night dive, the impressions are amazing, it's like a completely different world, I recommend it. We rode only on the nearest sites, but also saw a lot. There was a turtle, a giant moray eel (namely, a giant, I'm writing this more about the size, although this is its name), dolphins, well, a standard set, like everywhere else. I saw a lot of those fish that I didn’t see on the snorkel, so I’m satisfied.
8. Last. Internet. Wi-fi without speed limit is available at the reception for $10-2 hours. On the day of our arrival, WI-fi appeared on the terrace, free of charge (as our guide told), the speed is low, but you can check your mail... But, all good things come to an end, a few days before our departure it was closed with a password.

As a result, I want to return to the hotel, and this is probably the most important thing. And we will definitely return there.
