One star is the real rating for this hotel! I don't understand who gave this hotel a high rating. . . This is an old dead hotel, the worst of the 12 hotels I've been to in Egypt, located on the outskirts there is nothing nearby. Repairs in the hotel are probably the same as the pyramids in Giza, decayed, coughed up, sometimes translucent bed, in addition, dirty, dirty, smelly towels, which are exchanged for "fresh" ones only after 5 pm, because there are not enough of them ! Do not count on shampoo and shower gel at all, even when checking in, the tube was half empty. The furniture is all old, broken, everything is stained, the TV and mirrors are spit, the curtains are dirty and have holes, the toilet and bathroom are just hell!!!
FOR CLEANING MONEY DO NOT GIVE CATEGORICALLY!! ! THE FIRST DAYS GIVED $ 5 - AS EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY, IT REMAINED, FOR THIS MONEY I ONLY MADE A DIRT BED AND TOWELS ALSO CONTINUED TO BE GIVEN AFTER 5 EVENING! We arrived early in the morning, settled us at 14:00, despite the fact that the hotel was half empty, we specially waited until we paid for an early check-in, we didn’t pay in principle... we were settled in unmade rooms with dirty bedding in the literal sense! Had to go pay $50 to be moved to a cleaned room! Here they will purposefully do everything so that you pay for what is already included in the price !!!
The food is the same as everywhere else, only I see such dirty dishes for the first time, the plates stick to my hands! The staff speaks only Arabic until you give money, then they begin to understand both English and Russian... The pools are dead, one is warm, the rest are icy, the slides work by the hour, in the morning and afternoon. NOT A HOTEL, BUT A STINKY, DIRTY HOSTEL FOR $1500 PER WEEK!! !
