The hotel is very old, probably built during the living pharaohs. But the priority was the sea and the price, because. took a couple of days before departure, there was not much choice. Direct flight to Marsa and back to Kyiv pleased. This is the first and not the last trip to this region. There is nothing but 2 hotels in the area, desert and landfills. There is nowhere to go out. Relax music plays in the evening, sometimes some kind of "show" oriental dances or an animator with fire. Everything. Usually by 20-21 everyone is already asleep.
We wanted to visit the bays, we were interested in 2-3 hours and that’s all, but all the offers were only 7-8 hours, so we didn’t go because we were afraid to get burned, the whole hotel went red - the wind and the sun did everything quickly.
I will note 3 pluses:
- nutrition. There is almost no choice, but everything that is delicious is cooked, and in general everything is very tasty, the cook is good. This is not Dana beach where there are 100 dishes but there is nothing (everything with spices / sauces / raw and generally not tasty at all). We were in Dana Beach in October 2020, everyone was hungry, but people somehow ate. For comparison, in Hilton Sharaks Bay, the food in March 2020 was also bad. Conclusion - it all depends on the ability to cook, in this hotel they know how.
- service. Great service if 5 minutes means 5 minutes. Everything is moderate and polite. All brought at the first request, and did not beg for thanks. We spent about 20 USD in a week. for tea to the waiters and the cleaner. Because the waiters themselves brought everything to us, we almost didn’t go for drinks.
- the sea. The reef is similar to Sharmovsky in the Farshi area. The reef on the beach is simple, all the beauty is near the neighboring Utopia hotel, everyone goes there to swim. Also in the diving booth we ordered a walk along the reefs accompanied by them, it was super - they spent all the hot spots, the reef is like a forest. Payment - someone gave 1 USD in gratitude, some 2 USD, some 5 USD. Optional. We gave 15 for 6 people.
