1. Entrance and reception: they need renovation and modernization, there is no air conditioning, the hall does not correspond to 4 *, it is not comfortable. The reception staff is not hospitable, does not hear, does not greet, does not say goodbye, does not see off, does not meet, does not offer to drink water from the road.
2. Territory: there is little greenery, children clean the pool, rarely turn on fountains and massagers, the backlight does not work in the evening. There is no shower near the beach! There is a good gym, but it is very dusty. The children's room needs a complete renovation, there is nothing.
