People from other hotels came to this pier when the sea was rough. Very beautiful reef and diverse fauna (fish, stingrays, turtles). I was pleased with the cleaning of the room (Karim) with excellent imagination. From the balcony you can see both sides of the bay and the sea!!!! ! ***The staff is beyond praise! Accommodation, restaurant, bar, beach bar overlooking the sea, serving drinks directly under an umbrella on the beach - service at a high level! ***The food is very tasty and varied, daily seafood (crabs, shrimp, scallops, fish), as well as beef, turkey, chicken, fruits, vegetables... Ice cream in bars and restaurants all the time. The beer is good, the wine is not bad (compared to other places in Egypt).

I especially liked the service in the restaurants and the animation team. All the artists performing that evening were great. ROOM: The room was rated 5 stars and had a nice smell. where the room was much better. We booked a garden view room but unfortunately these rooms were closed. Overall the room was very clean. FOOD: The food selection and quality was very good. Desserts are always delicious. I would like to have grilled vegetables for dinner every day. HOTEL: The facility is beautiful. The staff is friendly, the food is good.
We especially enjoyed the evening shows and the proximity to the pier for snorkeling. There was a reef in the bay which made the bay always good for swimming and therefore with a lot of coral.

The hotel is right on the beach! The bay invites you to snorkel at two piers and coves...You don't have to go far for an enjoyable snorkeling experience! If you are looking for parties and entertainment, this is not the place for you. The location of Marsa Alam airport is excellent. We mostly ate in the main restaurant as the atmosphere was nice. Breakfast was great and snacks at individual stations were also ok. Tablecloths instead of sticky rugs would be nice too! My wife pampered herself at the wellness center and was very pleased. The prices are European, but the girls are really very nice. We haven't used the slides, but have heard great things about them! .
