We flew with our family, a 1-year-old child, from 11/24 to 1/12.24, well, according to tradition, let's start in order.
The planes are normal, the distance between the seats is quite good, the hotel was the third on the group transfer. Upon arrival, we were offered breakfast and were immediately seated. Wi-Fi in the hotel works perfectly throughout the entire territory. There are very nice people at the reception who are always happy to help, there is a separate service with Russian-speaking girls animators who will help you with any questions. We had a birthday, we ordered a cake at an ala carte restaurant, at dinner the table was decorated, the staff brought out the cake with songs and congratulations, it was beautiful and pleasant, and the cake was big and delicious. Before arriving, I wrote wishes to the hotel; upon check-in, all wishes were fulfilled. The room is spacious, the furniture is all updated, the bathroom is clean, the plumbing is new and there are huge terraces in the rooms.
The room cleaning is excellent, regardless of whether you leave tea or not, towels were changed every couple of days.

The hotel area is very well-groomed, everything is surrounded by greenery, different landscape compositions, and I was very pleased that no matter where there was a ramp for lowering a stroller. Pool bar, beach bar, restaurant bar, 2 bars near the lobby. Delicious coffee is made in all bars from 9 am in the main restaurant, not very good
1 large active heated pool, 1 pool near the children's club with slides is also warm for small children with their parents. There is an unheated pool near the main one, it’s cool, as for me the sea was warmer.
There is a separate Spa area and a free fitness room, is everything there??? ? 4 ala carte restaurants, 1 main one, I liked the seafood, it’s very tasty and they offer an excellent menu.
There are also shops with things and souvenirs on site, the prices are the same as outside the hotel, if you bargain
There are dive instructors and a diving center near the Lamaya hotel pontoon. The beach is huge, wide strip, heaps of sun loungers and umbrellas. Cleaning the beach frequently. Entering the sea from a long pontoon, you don’t always want to go??? ? The reef is beautiful but there are not many fish. You can also go from the shore without slippers, there is no depth for a long time, it is convenient for swimming with children, a little further than the pontoon, into the so-called lagoon (its depth is approximately chest-deep for an adult). In the morning the tide is low and there is no sea??? ? but after 12, the sea again??? ? .
The weather was excellent, 29-30 degrees, and there was wind, which saved us from the heat. The sea is warm, 25-26 degrees.
The food at the hotel is excellent, I was traveling and expecting the simplest things, they took jars for the child, although they could have been given from the table. The tables are set beautifully, they use fabric napkins, and after tourists they immediately change the tablecloth and don’t just shake off the crumbs??? ? On the Swedish line, all the inscriptions are in English, German and Polish, and there is also milk, nuts, etc.

breakfast: very varied, a large number of yoghurts, good cheeses, vegetables, a lot of types of breakfast cereals, 2 types of pancakes, many types of confiture, even diet without sugar, different versions of eggs, potatoes in different variations, a lot of delicious pastries, 4 types of halva, from fruits apples, bananas, melon, pomegranate, orange, dates and definitely broth for those who had a good evening walk
Lunch and dinner are a lot of vegetables, fruits, 2 types of soup for lunch (1 of them is puree, the second is broth) with meat always chicken and beef in different interpretations and it changes either turkey or lamb or steaks, and a bunch of other things, always fish too at least 2 types and three more four extras different every day, table for vegans, 4 types of pasta, sauces and parmesan separately, potatoes in different versions, different rice, a lot sweets. Delicious white and red wine??? ?
The service at the hotel is good, all the hotel staff are attentive and mostly speak English.
In all management positions there are only animators from Ukraine and Russia, the chef is local and always controls everything in the restaurant.
The animation is not bad, everything is not intrusive, for those who are interested there is something to do, a lot of entertainment during the day and evening. Children's room with a lot of toys, 2 girls animators get along well with the children (this is what I observed).
On the day of check-out, departure was at 19-00, the room was checked out at 12, things were in the storage room, we left cards for towels and used the hotel infrastructure without problems. Along the beach there are sort of promenades where you can walk and enter the territories of other hotels, such walks are great especially with a stroller??? ? I really liked that there were no mosquitoes, at the reception they gave you a socket and mosquito repellent and you didn’t have to fight with them??????????????? ?
I definitely recommend the hotel, and even more so for the money it costs now.
