The hotel is truly of a European level, sometimes you even forget that you are in Egypt.
During the entire stay, there was nothing to complain about the hotel, it was the first time we had a holiday in this format, we had already been in the Egyptian top five before, but it was just some kind of kindergarten. We were checked in instantly, the room was spacious and bright, everything worked perfectly, no complaints, the bed was quite comfortable and hard, just the way I like it, we slept well, we were very worried about this, since I usually don’t sleep well in a new place. Cleaning is also normal, no complaints. The hotel area is very large, it can definitely be called beautiful, there are more than enough places where you can take amazing photos. There are two large swimming pools and one for children with slides for kids, a children's club is also open, we really watched from the outside, but we saw that the children really liked it there.
The territory has all the amenities for vacationers and the general area of ​ ​ hotels, bars and public swimming pools of any Jazz hotel for you).

You can write a separate review about the food, we didn’t see any dissatisfied people about this, there is seafood, there were shrimp and red fish, there are also plenty of meat dishes, everything is different every day, there are no queues, the desserts are all real, of high quality. I can’t rate the alcohol, since we don’t drink it, but we liked the fresh juices.
The service was up to par; we didn’t come across any dirty or chipped dishes. There are many restaurants by appointment, go wherever you can, everyone has their own subjective opinion on nutrition. Now about the sea and the beach. The beach is of course super, large and wide, sandy, a free sun lounger will be found for you at any time, no matter when you come.
But remember that the hotel is located in a windy bay of Mars, at this time there can be strong waves that disperse underwater inhabitants, so for us everything under water was not as colorful as we saw in other places, but the sea was clean and had a very pleasant temperature , sometimes even surprisingly refreshing.
The majority of the staff are trained, neatly dressed, they try to please, tips are welcome and improve the attitude towards you, most of them know Russian poorly, only some animators. By the way, the animation is excellent, they entertain you day and night, they organize volleyball, water games, exercises, water aerobics, it’s all there. In the evening they put on good shows, there are often guest artists, I don’t think anyone will get bored here.
If this is not enough, then you can always go somewhere. We ordered a yacht for the two of us, but we didn’t find what we wanted at the hotel, everything went perfectly.
So I can say that the hotel has practically no weak points, nuances of course can always be found, such as pestering sellers of various services, but the hotel is a real top five and in terms of service, perhaps the best in Marsa Alam.
