First of all, the meeting was very warm: we were offered a welcome drink and fresh towels for the face. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that the number was prepared in accordance with my request sent by e -mail. It really pleased me, and I want to thank the reception team for excellent work. Less than 5 minutes after I arrived, they brought my luggage.

The hotel itself is simply magnificent! Very beautiful and clean rooms, everything is new and fresh, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The staff is always ready to help, from gardeners and ending with the cleaning service. Everyone does the maximum to make your stay comfortable. Service at the highest level, and no one even hinted that he was waiting for a tip. This is really the hotel where you can not worry about the purity of water or ice.

One of the most memorable moments for me is the maintenance of the bar. Bartender named Adham Saday became a real star! His smile did not leave his face, and he was always ready to cheer up every guest. The cocktails that he prepared were just excellent (without exaggeration - the best that I tried in Egypt). And he always quickly served guests, which cannot be appreciated. It seems to me that Adham Said is the best bartender throughout the hotel. Its cocktails are incredibly tasty, and the wine, by the way, is also at a good level, especially for Egypt.

As for the beach and pools, everything is perfect! Very clean, always enough sunbed, and the beach staff are friendly and always ready to help. Even when we rested by the pool or on the beach, we could count on the one who would bring us drinks. This guy also deserves little gratitude from us for his excellent work!
Food at the hotel also deserves special attention. Great selection of dishes, everything is very tasty and diverse. I especially liked the restaurant A la Carte and a snack bar. It is also worth noting the work of the BayView restaurant, where the service was just at the highest level.

Evening shows were very good, and the animated team showed itself just perfectly. JAZ Amara is a place for those who appreciate calm and freedom. This is one of the best hotels in which I have ever been.

I will definitely return here again and strongly recommend this hotel to everyone! ??????? ?
