After staying at this hotel, I can write whether our expectations were met.
I also made a video about this hotel, which you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=dRTkw9VSR-8
I, my wife, a 10-year-old son and a daughter - less than 2 years old, from 09/07/2015 to 09/17/2015, had a rest.
We bought a tour with a standard room, but at the reception they immediately pressed the family (family). There were no hints of USD. We were pleasantly surprised, because the family room is slightly larger than the standard room.
Expectation: From September 7.2015 for 10 days we plan to have a great rest in this hotel. After a wonderful flight on a magnificent plane from Kyiv to Hurghada, we will find ourselves in a fairy tale.
Reality: It came true. The holiday was a success, the hotel, the sea, the food, the infrastructure and the staff unconditionally liked it. We have no comments or claims to the hotel administration.

Expectation: 1. Price! It is very competitive, given that we bought the tour back in early May, when the "Early Booking" program was in effect with a 25% discount, the price is even low.
Reality: For the cheap price, the hotel is excellent.
Expectation: 2. Sea! Or rather, a lagoon, or, as we called it, a sea lake. The designers/owners of the hotel are handsome. No one in Egypt could have thought of this before. Respect. In all hotels, the tide and the sea ran away and you ran after him ankle-deep, and here you continue to swim in the sea!! ! That's great!
Reality: That's right. I will add that the sea temperature was from 30 to 33 degrees. Everyone was sitting/standing up to their necks in water. The son entered the sea at 8:30-9:00 and left it at 13:00-13:30 and in the afternoon from 16:30 to 18:00 was in it. He was on a deck chair or on the shore for the entire rest of 10 minutes, except for one day when the water was 28 in the morning and, you see, it was cold for him (used to) and waited on the shore for warming up for 1.5 hours.
Expectation: 3. Entrance to the sea! Our children will be hurt: the entrance to the sea and the bottom is sandy !! ! The entrance to the sea is absolutely beautiful. AND THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT - No. 1 for children. Slippers are not needed. Falls, does not get hurt, jumps - does not prick. And from pantone to swim with a two-year-old daughter, somehow it’s not right.
Reality: That's right. I will only add that there are small stones on the left side of the lagoon. We swam all the time in the center of the lagoon.
Expectation: 4. Beautiful and well-groomed territory! Reviewed a lot of photos of this year. Perfectly! And trimming trees is a beautiful thing.
Reality: That's right. I will only add that there were few flowers.
+ I post 122 of my photos.
Expectation: 5. Food! With a large selection of dishes, only those who eat only jamon, red / black caviar, Prague / Kyiv cake and grandmother's pies can remain hungry. Guys, well, where have I not been, well, to starve with such an abundance of choice ???

Reality: That's right. I will only add that fish, meat, chicken were at all meals for lunch and dinner. Soups are very tasty. My wife went only for lunch, a couple of times for dinner went. The son went constantly only for lunch + 1 time per day or for breakfast or dinner. Once there were pasties))) There is a lot of food and for every taste.
+ I always thought that the Slavs gain a lot - 2-3 times more than the capacity of the stomachs, but after I repeatedly saw a set of dishes by the Arabs in the canteen, I changed my mind. Was even shocked! Why fill the table with hundreds of plates piled high with food for 3-5 adults and 2-4 children???
The record was set by one Arab young couple (boy and girl aged 25). They sat at the next table. 7!! ! Yes - SEVEN!! ! plates littered with food on their table. The girl drank water, ate a couple of spaghetti and 2-3 slices of cucumber, and the dude pecked something at 300 grams. We got up and went. The janitor, as he approached, swore in a bitter whisper at the amount of leftover food. You can imagine his condition - he works from early morning until late at night for 30 USD a month, and here one meal for dinner is not eaten for half of his salary.
Expectation: 6. Bottled Egyptian beer in one of the hotel bars. It's tasty and you can drink it. I love to drink beer, everyone loves to drink beer!!!
Reality: The bar of the (small) pool, farthest from the sea, next to which our room was, is supplied with 20 bottles of Luxor beer (factory in El Gouna) per day. Every day, when by 11 I brought my wife and daughter from the sea to the room to sleep, on the way back to the sea I went to this bar and drank 2 glasses of beer. It always worked.
+ I once got to bottling beer in the lobby bar, but this was probably due to the fact that the barrels were not pulled up on time.
Draft beer in all bars - NORM. You can and should drink.
Strong drinks in Egypt can not drink. They don't even like it in cocktails. I can't say anything about them.
Expectation: 7. Evening walks. You can walk along the coastline along several hotels. This is good and it is not possible everywhere in Egypt.

Reality: Didn't go further than Stella. There was no desire and / or time. + it got dark early - around 18:30 and you can’t walk in the dark anymore, and during the day it’s better to spend time hanging in the hotel’s lagoon.
Expectation: 8. Pool with sea water. Perfect solution. The sea is nearby, why not pour it into the pool for those who cannot stand chlorine. + and children splash for a change - while getting benefits for the body.
Reality: It is - the closest to the sea. I didn’t swim, I didn’t check the water for salt. But the swimmers in this pool assured that the water in it was salty. GENERALLY with such a LAGOON, I can't figure out what to do in the pool. We went 1 time with a small one to a fresh large pool for 1 hour, because. he persuaded me. ALL! Didn't go anymore.
Expectation: 9. For evil! To the evil of those who write negative reviews about this hotel. I join the correct opinion of the majority (positively living on the planet) of people who wrote about this hotel, and about other hotels in general: HOW YOU SET YOURSELF FOR REST, WITH WHAT MOOD WILL YOU WAKE UP AND LIVE, SO YOU WILL RELAX!
Reality: It's true. To spite them - they had a great rest. Even a little tired of the rest in the last 2 days))) It happens.
Expectation: 10. To get an old, torn, 10.000 washed rare towel from an employee who issues it by the sea or pool.
Reality: Such is that in fact the towel is only needed to lay it on a sun lounger and sometimes throw your ass on it. All. It makes no sense to wipe them off, because. you sit all the time in the sea, and you leave it for 2-3 minutes and you are dry. Of the 4 towels put to us, we always came across 2 good / new and 2 “sad” / washed out. We covered the latter on a sun lounger at our feet.
It would not hurt to renew the junk, but they did not experience stress about the washed out ones.
Expectation: 11. Stone "THE ROCK".
Reality: Worth it! It was cleaned and polished 2 days before departure. Started looking great.
Expectation: 12. So feel free to go and don't worry. See you at the SEA!!!

Reality: Feel free to go and do not worry. ESPECIALLY WITH SMALL CHILDREN. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will be able to meet at the SEA in this hotel. we always choose new hotels where we haven't been yet.
And finally, I would like to separately mention Nikolaev Maksimka born on 06/12/1971. - A MAN AND A MAN IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS! He rested with his wife and 3 sons 8.5 and 2 years old. That is - ATEC. And despite the fact that he, like our youngest child, is 2 years old, regrettably, he behaved on our first morning in a very unattractive way, not like a peasant and not like an APEC of children.
This incident didn't upset me at all. And only forced to solve this issue in advance. In the next 9 days, my family and I always lay on 3 sun loungers under an umbrella on the first line from the sea. And Maksimka, for the rest of the rest of the rest of the hotel, constantly turned his eyes away when I or we walked. And in the canteen, I even ran away a couple of times in the opposite direction)))
I would never do that. Moreover, during the rest, we gave one of our sun loungers to people who wandered along the beach and could not find a place, several times we invited such people (including children) under the shade of “our” umbrella and “our” fences)))
Have a good rest everyone.
PS. Attached are many photos of the hotel.
