Stayed at this hotel for the first time. Everything was top notch. From arrival to departure. Settled in quickly. After completing the paperwork, we were immediately offered to go to breakfast. The food in the restaurant is very varied. The pastries are delicious. The room was very good, everything was clean. Cleanliness was maintained at the highest level. A lot of people write about the guide Ahmet from Aneks tour. You have to remember that this is his job. We found a common language with him and it turned out to be a pretty normal guy. Tours made us with a huge discount. From myself I made a present in the form of a cake for the wedding anniversary on the Vitamin C excursion. In the evening there was another cake in the restaurant. Nicely! There was a situation with a child before the tour (he got sick) without any problems Ahmet returned the money. So we are all people and for this we have a language to speak and education to negotiate. Special thanks to the animators. Vika the gymnastics instructor is just super. You can immediately see the guys are a very close-knit team. The mood was created simply by Class!! ! Highly recommend this hotel. Would love to come back here. Feeling like you are at home!
