Initially, it was planned to stay at the hotel without children, but the quarantine made drastic adjustments to our lives and plans for the near future. There were several rebookings and in the end the tour operator offered Stella Di Mare. I re-read the reviews and almost all of them were mega-positive, which of course alerted me, since not a single hotel can boast of this. After some time thinking, I decided to take a chance and agreed to Stella, deep down expecting a dirty trick. But Stella, not only confirmed all the reviews, but also exceeded all my most optimistic expectations.
Settlement was later. Everything went well, but without any special impressions. In the morning the most interesting began and lasted all 7 days of our stay. I have never met such a reverent attitude to the client in any hotel. All hotel staff are courteous and friendly. Managers are constantly on site to control all processes and pay personal attention to the client. I do not want to single out anyone separately, so as not to offend others. The chef is present in the main restaurant, Mukhamed from the reception pays personal attention to each vacationer. The Alya Kart restaurant manager is mega friendly and scrupulous in menu selection. All the attention that you get in Stella is simply impossible to describe, you have to see and feel it for yourself. People work 24/7 and from somewhere else they take strength and smile all the time. Wonderful, lovely hotel policy.
The food deserves special attention. The food is good, tasty and varied. Perhaps aesthetically not as beautiful as in some hotels, but in terms of taste and variety in its price segment and even in the segment of hotels at a level higher in Stella, the cuisine is the best in Egypt. A wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails.

The Garden and Beach area is large, green, well-groomed. Garden 2nd line, Beach 1st line. We had a tour in the Garden, but due to quarantine it is closed, so we settled in the Beach. The movement to the hotels is free. Both are equally beautiful, Garden is even more interesting and newer. Mini aqua park in Gardene, bus ride or walk 200 meters is not a problem. And with the way they feed here, it’s even useful to move around.
Sunset in the sea coral reef. At first I was upset, because they came with children, one of whom cannot swim. Then they worked out their own bathing schedule and everything turned out fine. Before lunch, the tide, the water rises, and near the shore with the younger one could flounder in the sea. Pantone is long, but again, with such nutrition, the pantone length is only a plus. In addition, a walk along the pantone with children has always been accompanied by the study of marine flora and fauna. According to my observation, this was the case with many vacationers. People looked at stingrays, schools of fish, sea urchins. It is also interesting to dive with a mask. Not Sharm of course, but for Hurghada a wide variety of fish. More boldly people swim away and there are already more stingrays, turtles, tuna and many other marine life.
Entertainment every evening. But we were so tired during the day with the beach and pool traffic that after dinner we could hardly drag our legs to the bed.
Special thanks for the party for Ukrainians on Independence Day. It was very nice. The guys from lunch started preparing in a restaurant on the beach. Everywhere there was a Ukrainian flag, Ukrainian music sounded. For this separate huge thanks. Touching to tears. Each guest of the party was given a rose! I have no idea where they got these roses in the desert, so moments like this are especially valuable when you understand how much effort people put in to please the client.
I was very worried about the weather. It turned out that it was quite tolerable and certainly not hotter than in the south of Ukraine.
If there were any shortcomings, then rather in the general atmosphere they are simply invisible. Personally, I did not have any needs that Stella could not satisfy.
I will definitely return to this hotel. And I will buy a tour for my parents. There is complete relaxation, you turn off, reboot and don’t think about anything at all. Stella has already thought for you.
