To begin with, we bought tickets to Stella Gardens. Chose this hotel based on reviews. But since the Gardens was still closed at the time of our arrival, we were settled in Stella Beach. It pleased us. The staff at the reception, if necessary, solved all our questions. For example, we wanted to move to another room, since the first one we were placed in was close to the stage. It's noisy in the evenings and we go to bed early. And we were three adults, so we wanted a larger room. Although the first room was newer and nicer, the second room was much larger and had a side view of the pool.
Cleaning: According to the rules, cleaning is now on request. But in fact our room was cleaned every day. Beach towels were changed by the cleaner when needed. We lived in room 3146. Emad cleaned us. Beach: The beach is very long and beautiful. But you can't swim from the beach. It is necessary to get to the sea with coral through the pier. Animation: we fell in love with these guys. Usually, my husband and I do not like to be “touched”. But with these animators, we did stretching (exercises), water aerobics, volleyball, and yoga.
