It was my first vacation in Egypt. We chose a very long time where to go and decided to go to this hotel.
We were settled in rooms 2019 and 2020. We were 4 girls. The rooms are charming, decorated in an oriental style, very cozy and comfortable. Tipping was left every other day, but this did not affect the cleaning of the room. The boy cleaned everything well and carefully. The food is very tasty, especially the oriental sweets. I do not advise going to an Italian restaurant, if only to listen to the songs of a PINO singer from Italy, because. The food there is not tasty and we got poisoned there. What has never happened in the main restaurant, where they ate several times a day every day. Before entering the restaurant, crabs, meat, pigeon legs were fried on coals. I advise you to try cappuccino with chocolate at Mozazik-Bar!
The staff speaks English, they know Russian very badly. There is a girl Oksana at the reception, the cat speaks Russian. But we spoke mainly in English. Problems can be solved through the operators of the Tez-tour (we traveled from him). Tez-tour 5 points for the organization, delivery of the holiday. Well done. We went with Tez-tour to Luxor - great experience. But we had a special luxor, but there is also a regular one, they do not differ much in content, the difference in price (more expensive), the cat-I go to the bus more comfortably. the seats on the bus hurt my back, and the trip from Makadi to Luxor took 4.5 hours and back the same amount, a total of 9 hours.

The hotel guests are 1/3 Russians, 1/3 Italians, 1/3 Germans and French.
3 swimming pools, but only one is heated, it is the most chlorinated.
I do not recommend borrowing sunbeds on the beach in the morning and leaving a towel on them - we have rested both a sunbed and a towel.
I really liked going to water aerobics, the cat was led by Ali, an animator from Kazakhstan. Super! In general, the animation is shitty, especially in the evenings - we had 4 girls well, we didn’t have to be bored, otherwise it would be boring. The disco was magical - we had a great time, thanks to the DJ from Russia, he put on great music.
I advise you to visit the Spa-center, aroma massage. We all liked it very much. But before you go there, bargain shamelessly with the Arabs, they offer trips there - balk and go there for 10-15 dollars cheaper : )
To swim in the sea, you still need to walk 400 meters along the pontoon!! ! Which periodically finished off and we went to swim on the nearby beach (to the right), there are two beautiful blue lagoons where you can go into the sea immediately, as a Russian person is used to, and not go 400 meters to the sea. But a walk along the pontoon had its own charms: you could contemplate moray eels, blue rays, lionfish, needlefish, hedgehogs....along the dorge to the sea. But I saw what a real ebb and flow is!!!
I advise you to take a catamaran and ride 100-300 meters forward from its end and 50 meters to the right of it. You will see stunning coral reefs.
The hotel has a shop where the seller, who is also the owner of the shop, will sell you aroma oils at a very good price. Prices are halved. The seller himself has an atypical appearance for an Arab - a blue-eyed handsome man with Khokhlyat roots and was no less an attraction for us than his aroma oils, all the more he speaks Russian tolerably well.
Mosquitoes fly in the rooms. So fumitox will come in handy.
But all these small flaws did not prevent us from falling in love with this hotel - the service in it is at the highest level !! !
