We rested at the hotel with my husband from April 10 to 19, according to the all-inclusive system, we chose the hotel according to good reviews. They settled into the room quickly. The room was in building A on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Everything in the room worked and was cleaned every day. The next day there was a meeting with a representative of the tour operator. We did not hear anything new from her, and the information she gave turned out to be 50% inaccurate.
In the evening, a fruit basket and a postcard were found in the room with an offer to visit the A la carte restaurant for free.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Any issues that arose were resolved quickly. I would like to note the excellent work of the bartenders and waiters.

The animation team did an excellent job. We started work from 10 am on the beach: exercises, volleyball, bocchu, darts, cocktail game, water gymnastics in the pool and table tennis. In the evening, a show was held in the amphitheater, the program was designed for 2 weeks, so some programs were seen 2 times. Guys are great.
The highlight of this hotel is the coral reef. He's gorgeous. All the minor cons of the hotel just fade after swimming in the sea. We took a trip to the island of Utopia and Diving was all planned before departure Even.
I highly recommend this hotel for snorkelers and divers. It is not particularly suitable for families with small children, since there is no sandy entry into the sea, although there are children's pools on the territory and free access to the neighboring Fun City hotel with an aqua park and amusement park.
