Rested family two adults and two children in room 6201. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Excellent food, amazing for Egypt, every day a themed menu (Italian, Japanese, seafood, etc. ). Heated slides. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to please everyone. Lunapark free of charge from 17 to 19 for children under 14 years old. A bit windy compared to the windless bays of Sharm, but not much. Out of 8 days, 4 could freely swim in the sea, in the pool all days. Good animation, daily evening show. The staff is very democratic, no one makes any remarks (as in other hotels), where did you go with a plate or glass outside the restaurant, do you want to go to the beach or to the room with a plate, do you want with a cocktail, no one cares. Holidaymakers are 90% Europe (England, Germany, Italy), all very polite and friendly. There were no conflicts, drunks and "bydloty" in the hotel. Of the minuses, the main pool is unheated and not very stable Wi-Fi, it constantly turns off and does not catch everywhere. A couple of times there were no towels at the points of issue, but within 20-30 minutes the staff brought them directly to the sun lounger. Everything is great, we recommend.
