We rested in July 2009. A good hotel, as stated by a solid four. Immediately “but”, the hotel is ideal for a quiet and quality holiday, young people who come to hang out can be bored (although there is a disco in the neighboring hotel).
In July 2009, the main contingent of vacationers were Germans, there were very few Slavs.
The rooms are normal. Didn't pay anything, but was immediately settled into a nice room with a garden view and a double bed. Perhaps this was due to the fact that at the time of our arrival there were not very many people in the hotel. Cleaned daily and clean.
No one is really asking for money. The staff is polite. Every day, the girl Olya conducts a survey on the topic “Remarks, wishes”, and once a week there is a terrible thing)) “Filling out the questionnaire”, which makes all the staff very worried.

The food is delicious, although by the end of the holiday the assortment is somewhat annoying, but tasty (except for local wine). Drinks are not bad, especially if you take juices from bartenders. The hotel is relatively small and there are no special queues.
Sea: the entrance to the water is good, sandy. There were no outflows. Corals can be viewed from the pier (neighboring hotel) or swim a little from the shore. The beach is clean, but the small sunbeds are comfortable (not plastic). A place on the beach could be easily found, except for the last days, when people from neighboring hotels were drawn to the Marin beach, but still there were a couple of free sunbeds.
Nice pool that doesn't smell like bleach. Very good animation (I would never have thought that I would go to animation), every half hour something new from morning exercises to belly dancing. In the evenings 50/50 sometimes an interesting performance in the theater, sometimes not so much, but it's worth going. In the evening there is a children's disco (until 21-30).
One more thing: if you go to the beach to get a temporary tattoo, then do it only in the first days. For those who are still resting, they apply a decent composition, and for those who are leaving soon, even taking into account the renewal of the tattoo on the day of departure, they do not do very well. Mine didn't even last 4 days, instead of 4 weeks.
In general, the hotel is very good and inexpensive. Recommend. Moreover, it will not remain 4 * for long, soon the new owners will remake it into 5 stars, or rather, already in the process of this.
