Rested at the hotel from 14 to 22 January. Al Nabila was chosen specifically for recreation in the winter because of the bay closed from the wind. We were very lucky with the weather - during the day it felt like 30 degrees of heat. And in the evenings it is not cold - a little colder than in November. The bay, indeed, saves a lot from the wind. There is a breeze, but it is so pleasant, not strong, just what you need.
We didn't have specific requests for a room (main building or bungalow). We decided to leave it to chance. When checking in, they wanted to give $ 20 for a good room, but the receptionist did not take the money, because. next to him was some kind of checking boss. We got a room in a bungalow, the second row from the main building. The room suited us, everything worked in it, and it was very spacious. There was also a sea view. In general, in Al Nabil, most of the rooms have a sea view. This is the layout of the hotel.
I will describe first of all the disadvantages of the hotel, although it has much more advantages.

What struck me on the first day was the paths in the hotel. Near the main building everything is decent - the tiles are in good condition. And the farther from the main building, the more neglected - the paths are broken, stones and tiles fall out. So, if you are with children or plan to walk in heels, then you should not settle in a bungalow, choose only the main building. In 8 days, I only went out to dinner twice in sandals with heels, and all the way I looked at my feet so as not to fall. And so the whole rest took place in shales and sneakers.
Headlights don't work everywhere. Either the bulbs do not have time to change, or are broken. But in general, the territory is light.
Very dirty tables and chairs on the open terrace of the restaurant, all stained and terrible stains. It seems that they washed the floor, and then wiped the tables with the same rag. You have to choose for what and what you sit on.
The sun loungers on the beach are old, all torn, broken. Beach towels are newer, and there are quite old ones. They can put dirty stuff in too. So you have to be careful what you take. I unwrapped each towel and examined it from all sides for stains before taking it.
In terms of landscaping, the hotel is very poor. Closer to the main building, the greenery is well-groomed - tall palm trees, flowers, lawns. Everything is pretty beautiful. But in the bungalow area, in terms of landscaping, it is much worse. There are practically no lawns. Just free-standing bushes and small trees. Much is bent from lack of water and poor care. Obviously not enough gardeners.
In general, it is very noticeable that the hotel saves on everything. There is a shortage of funds. But the situation is understandable. In Egypt, after the revolution, the flow of tourists decreased by 40-50%. Tickets are sold very cheaply. Most of the profits from sales are taken by tour operators. And the hotel remains quite a penny.

In terms of food in Al Nabil, everything is fine. The food was delicious and varied. Every day we made a promise to ourselves not to eat so much, and every time we could not keep it. There are some problems with drinks. Juices and cola from vending machines are terribly chemical - as if they tasted Faerie. It's just that in other hotels they were quite drinkable. Although, of course, you should not abuse chemistry. Tea and coffee are normal. Delicious cappuccino at the Cincinnati bar. But they don't know how to make cocktails. More precisely, the recipe is not followed. Looks like the ingredients are missing. For example, Pinacolada they have from some kind of apple-flavored juice (although theoretically it should be pineapple juice), they also add regular milk (not coconut, and not coconut syrup) and rum. The result is something creepy.
Delicious ice cream is served in the Aurora bar from 15 to 17. It is usually of two types. We tried chocolate, mango and strawberry. Everything is good.
There are no complaints about the service. Cleaning in the room is normal, but we didn’t screw up. There was practically no living creatures in the room - a couple of ants crawled in the bathroom, we did not touch them and they did not touch us either. The waiters in the restaurant and bars are friendly, they love it when you say something to them in Arabic. They remember you and make you stand out. Some especially obliging people were given baksheesh. They try even harder - they bring drinks, reserve a table, decorate with flowers.
The sea is amazing, of course! A beautiful bay, clear clean water, a lot of fish, you can watch them right on the shore. I did not think that they would swim so much in winter. The water was very warm for winter, 25 degrees. At first it was only cool to go in, and when you go in, you don’t feel like getting out.
In order to somehow spend the calories we had eaten, we tried to move more - we swam a lot, played badminton, climbed the mountain three times. So the rest turned out to be very sporty.
I would recommend the hotel to young people and couples without small children. In general, people with good physical fitness. In my opinion the hotel is not suitable for older people and families with small children. Too much territory and a lot of descents and ascents. And the paths are not always in good condition.

The hotel is worth its money, if you do not pay attention to minor flaws, then you can have a great rest. If you came to inspect the hotel, then there is something to complain about. To be honest, even I went and inspected on the first day. I just compared it with the Jungle Aqua Park hotel, which is almost ideal in terms of service and well-groomed territory. But in Jungle there is no such beautiful sea as in Al Nabil, and the price tag for Jungle is much higher. So I abandoned this thankless task and just enjoyed the rest. At the end of the holiday, I didn’t even want to leave, I would have rested with pleasure for another week. If you look at it as a whole, then the hotel deserves its rating of 4 points.
We paid 30 thousand for two for 8 nights for all inclusive. This hotel is definitely worth the money. For a more expensive price and in the high season, when the hotel is packed to capacity, I would not go there. And in the period from the end of November to February-March - Al Nabila is a very suitable option.
Although I wrote about the shortcomings, but all these are trifles. For the kind of money that we pay for holidays in Egypt, you will not rest anywhere else with the same comfort. At our resorts in the Krasnodar Territory, for this money you can only relax in a tent. Therefore, I went and will continue to go to my beloved Egypt. I love this dry climate, the beautiful Red Sea, the warm sun and the wind from the sea. The main thing is that the political situation allows you to travel to this country.
