Good day! I want to share my opinion about this hotel, I do it for the first time, but after reading all the reviews I could not refrain. The location of the hotel is not very suitable for those who like to often get out into the city or excursions, but very suitable for those who are interested in a quiet relaxing holiday by the sea. Surprisingly clean and beautiful beach, with marine fauna attached to the Red Sea: fish, corals and other things are visible right at the entrance to the sea, you don’t even need to get bored !! ! We rested in the winter, so it was sometimes windy and because of this, a red flag was constantly hung in neighboring hotels and it was forbidden to swim, and in our hotel, due to the fact that it is located in the lagoon, there was not a single wave. We bathed all the time, although people said that this winter is much colder in Egypt. But let's get it right!
We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, we were late for breakfast, but we were given bracelets and immediately settled in the room, but they immediately hinted that it would be worth paying for it. No, no one extorted money from us, this is a personal matter for everyone: to give a tip or not, but the fact that they all hint about it is a fact !! ! We gave 5 bucks and did not regret it at all - the guy at the reception was friendly with us until the end of our holiday, answered any questions...
The room was cleaned, towels and various detergents were changed every day, but the bed linen was never changed for us !!! ! Although in other hotels they do this at least once every two days! We left the cleaner a buck before each cleaning, for which he twisted towels and covered different animals - we were flattered : )

Regarding the mini-bar - it is empty, and you need to take water yourself and only in one bar, and only after 10.00.
Regarding the pool, only one pool was heated, so it looked like a paddling pool and we did not swim there. The children's pool was not heated. Even though they promised!
The food was good, the choice of food was varied, but for dinner we went to LADORADA, where for a fee you can taste delicious seafood or Italian pizza! I'll tell you honestly, what is included in the "all inclusive" system is completely different from what you can buy for money !!!!
As for the Pegasus employees, I don’t want to offend anyone, because I see that they read all this, but they are not competent in some matters. They are very nice, always happy to help, they informed us about the time and date of departure, but everything they told us about excursions is completely different from the truth !! ! I got the impression that their main task is just to sell them without thinking about others! I have a small child who gets sick on buses, so I asked them to pick up an excursion for us, where it takes less than half an hour by bus. I was picked up by "SISCOOP", as he, according to them, is 20 minutes from our hotel. When it was time to leave, I once again asked the driver how long we should go, he replied that only half an hour from the last hotel to the place of arrival, but we still need to call in three different hotels to pick up other tourists, and together the road will take about 1.5 hours. I again approached the Pegasus staff to explain to me that I wanted to refuse the tour, but they assured me that the driver was simply exaggerating that we would have to go for a maximum of 40 minutes, no more! As a result, we drove for 2 hours, my son was very sick and the whole way I was on the bus in the toilet washing his things and sitting!!! ! And the way back was even longer! The second tour was with my husband, but it was no better!!!!

This was the only bad moment in our holiday. In general, we liked everything, especially the service. Everyone is very nice, friendly and always happy to help and answer all questions!!!!
I want to say special thanks to the animators - very funny Italians, but more responsive and bright - German Lucy. She wonderfully found a common language with all the children and parents.
In general, to sum up - the hotel is very good, but it still has to grow and grow up to 5 stars. The animation is excellent, the sea is wonderful, the service and food are good!! ! Thank you for a great vacation!!! !
