We were alone with my husband for a week from 16 to 23 April 2011 at the al nabila grand bay hotel. Like every vacation, there are pros and cons. Pros: a huge territory of the hotel and the beach more than 800 m, large rooms, bungalows with sea views, a chic bay with a variety of sea fish, sandy beach (you can even without shoes), the presence of a bay - a calm sea without waves and warmer water, if any the wind in the bay is calm, all the pools are working (the water in the sea is warmer), linen is changed every day, there are few people in this period, the number of people increased by Easter (the appearance of queues), the staff communicates in English and Russian, the main restaurant is huge - there are places and on the street
Cons - there are insects in the rooms, not all restaurants are open, you replenish the water in the room yourself, during the excursion they give light boxes with 6 rolls for the whole day, on the beach the Arabs bother with their services.
The hotel has a paid SPA - I do not advise, many complain about the massage therapists.

The food is ok, but you get bored quickly. From fruits oranges, dates, grapefruit; bananas, watermelon, melon - rarely and queue.
We went to Luskor (Pegasus), a very interesting and eventful trip (I advise), but it's better to go without children, it's tiring for them.
Ride on quad bikes (local company at the hotel) - 35 c. u. for 2 hours for one, it's not worth it, bargain, talk about some places, visit completely different ones. Of course there is extreme, but skiing in the desert is dumb.
The transfer is good - everything is very organized.
