The time has come for the rest, which we traditionally have in the cold season. I monitored prices for three months - we have the same wishlist as before - a water park with heated pools and not quite trash)) Last year, in general, I liked everything in Albatros akapark, Hurghada, but this year the prices for it and neighboring Albatrosses did not drop to the level of last year. Here's an excuse to try something new.
I watched Caesars, Aladdin, Jasmine, Sinbad, Golden 5, etc. But the choice was on the Titanic, namely the Titanic aqua park. According to reviews, the water park there is better than the other two, our composition was cheaper by $ 100 and I have nothing against the second line. And it is already in the place familiar to us - next to the Albatross and Senzo Mole.
In the process of selection, she changed her travel agent to a more accommodating and compliant one. Once again, Tez Tour had the lowest price (Only Join had 15 dollars less on our dates, but we didn't risk it).

We arrived at the hotel for breakfast, changed clothes and went to get acquainted with the territory (our fellow travelers all stayed in the lobby to wait for check-in). I was upset that the water in the children's pools was cool, but then it turned out that it was still early, and everything was fine with heating - all the pools, except for the one closest to the building, 28-32 degrees! We tried with my daughter all the slides in order. Before that, we reviewed a bunch of videos about this and were really impatient.
Almost after every slide I wanted to shout small - Don't go! But it was easier for her than for me. At first, I almost choked a couple of times, then I was slapped on the water several times in a big way, and these were not the most extreme slides, but for the first time it was enough for me. I felt dizzy and dizzy, which I hadn't noticed before. Then they convinced my mother that she definitely needs to try all of them (well, except for the Tsunami and the Black Hole, in a sparing mode).
After lunch we went to the reception, where they were already waiting for us. The room was good. Maybe everyone there is like that, or maybe because I contacted the hotel with wishes and questions.
What I want to note is that the hotel responds to wishes, gives you to fill out a questionnaire before leaving, arranges a meeting with management, made an excursion to the new Titanic Royal hotel, which has not yet been opened - in general, feedback from guests has been established. On a well-known site, where mostly foreigners, they answer all reviews and questions. I haven't noticed this activity in other hotels.
Everything in the building is decorated in such a "ship" style - the corridors, the restaurant - everything is beautiful.
Animation. Children's animation is excellent, my daughter really liked it - something was constantly happening. In the kids club, they were doing something all the time, there are a lot of props for crafts and the animator came up with something with them. In the evening, there is also a mini disco, aqua make-up, children's fun. The playground is also quite good and very handy under a canopy. Otherwise, I don’t know how the poor children would play there in the summer. The pool for the little ones, by the way, is also with a canopy.

Animation for adults is disappointing. Everything seems to be the same as everywhere else, but somehow sad. There are few people involved in any activities. Maybe because Europeans? But in the Albatross, the same contingent and everything is much more fun. And often the animation time was shifted or canceled altogether. After a couple of times of this, the desire to walk disappeared. The evening show is generally dull. The stage is not, as usual, in an amphitheater or a specially equipped place, but in the lobby. Around the tables around the hall are poked and people sit there all evening and not at all in order to see something. They drink, chat, play dominoes and cards. And those who can come just to look, are forced to sit at the other end of the hall. Ill-conceived.
Perhaps few vacationers are lovers of such entertainment, but we really do, between dinner and going to bed such a passive rest. As a result, everyone is busy with their own - potential spectators play board games, artists perform for themselves, animators are almost the only ones who applaud them. In short, there was a bummer, still dissatisfied. Once a week they arranged a Bingo game from $5 per participation, which is also not interesting for everyone, something else like that. The animators themselves performed amazingly several times - the dances were staged professionally, very beautifully. But, again, without much attention from the audience.
Meals for 4. Never in 2 weeks there was no seafood at all. Even in seafood soup. Fruit is the same problem. Apples, bananas, oranges, melons, of course, have always been. But strawberries or so my favorite guava were random guests. Well, maybe 5 times. But everything was generally delicious. Everything is standard. Only for scrambled eggs there is a constant queue in the morning. A large selection of all kinds of breads and toasts, greens, salads, grilled for lunch and dinner, as well as themed dinners everywhere. Sweet monotonous, rarely came across something right here tasty, but it was always in stock. The boss constantly came out to take a look at the property and say hello.
What did you like. We constantly had some bags with phones, cards and other rubbish in our hands. Here we are one of the bags and forgot in the canteen. They rushed, and it was already closed there. At the reception, they filled out a questionnaire and all our stuff was returned to us, including 2 phones, cards for towels and a room key. They asked us to give our modest reward to the finder, so he then brought us tea for a meal all week. In general, the reception responded to all requests quite quickly.

What did not like besides the animation. The sea is a weak C grade. We were ready for this, but for some it may be critical. During our holiday, our own beach was under renovation and were taken to the Titanic Palace every 45 minutes. There you had to go through the entire territory to get to the beach. And then about the same amount - to the sea along the pontoon. The temperature near the shore was +24, they did not dare to swim from the pontoon. There are no changing rooms there, and by the time you get to the shore, you will probably freeze, the breeze was then such that we were glad that we had brought sweatshirts. But now they are taking them to Royal Beach, so I think that there are no such problems there.
Safety on slides and boats leaves much to be desired. It happened several times. that the slide is working, but the lifeguard has already left. Moreover, it was on the Tsunami. I don’t know how anyone, but I was afraid to twist my neck there, and without a lifeguard, it’s generally at my own peril and risk. Also on boats. The waves are up to 2 meters, and the lifeguard convinces that the child did not need a rescue vest, she barely interrogated.
There are no changing rooms near the pools. I had to change in the toilets. The soul is also not there.
I recommend the hotel, but of course you need to consider what is important to whom and what is not. If there is a good price, then we will go there again, God willing. But the hotel was not our favorite.
