A week since we arrived from the Titanic (me, wife and two children), which was the second time. I would like to share my impressions that took place in the hotel during the year.
We flew from Boryspil with the Aerosvit airline. Departed on time, last year was delayed for an hour. Everything is fine - grubs gave decent, juices, water. Only to raise adrenaline offered either beer or wine. Who knew, I bought my anesthesia in Duty Free, by the way, in Kyiv it is convenient to pay in hryvnias. (They flew back with the Windrose. When they found out, they thought it was a complete kaput. But a pretty decent Boeing 737-800 plane and more or less service were mistaken. )
We flew to Hurghada and immediately went to the "customs", pasted a visa, filled out the questionnaires, received the luggage (FULL) and went out. Tour operator Tez Tour is just SUPER! Local "Mohammeds" built a living corridor so that the TOURIST knew where to go to the bus.

We arrived at the hotel, brought the guide to the reception. At the reception sits a Russian girl Katya. They asked for a normal room, in the center with a view of the water park - please get it.
The room is normal: two beds, a sofa, a TV, a safe, a refrigerator with water, 4 large and 4 small towels in the shower, shampoo, hair dryer. Only one pillow was missing. Called from the number to the reception. After about 15 minutes, “Hamada” came, brought a pillow, found out that the four of us had laid out a sofa, brought a mattress and laid everything beautifully. Cleaning was done every day. We left him a £.5 tip. He sculpted crocodiles, elephants, monkeys, swans. Once they didn’t leave, there wasn’t a trifle, so he had something to blind in a bummer. And a little slowed down - I forgot to bring the shampoo on time.
The water park is just a song!! ! Entertainment for adults and children. Security is on the level, one “Muhammed” is at the top showing how you need to go down the hill, and the second one sits at the bottom near the pool and watches that you emerge in time. One problem was, the pools were not heated, so the children did not swim for a long time. The heating was turned on only on the first of December.
The hotel is on the second line. You can drive up to the sea in a convertible, or you can walk through the hotels of Ali Baba, Jasmine, or Aladdin, which is much more pleasant. You can visit all these hotels whenever you want, but they are not allowed to visit us - we have a water park. There are enough trestle beds on the beach, but the problem with mattresses is the following - the local "children of the desert" are a little insolent and carry a mattress on a ball to them, but after a cultural explanation that I am resting and you are working, they do you a favor. I don't describe the sea - it's a fairy tale!!!

About the hook. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a bite to eat (fries, burgers, hot dogs, vegetables) and drink something for adults (gin, brandy, rum, whiskey, vodka, beer) and children (such as juice, sprite, etc. ). p. , cappuccino). There is a bar in the water park. There is also a bar in the lobby of the hotel where you can only have a drink. Usually all the tourists sit in the lobby and drink in the evenings looking at the animators. Europeans are poured into glass glasses, but they try to Russians in a plastic glass (I have nothing against Russians, we hung out in hotels with two families from Moscow, but some representatives behave like thieves). When I explained to the local bartender that I was not Russian, but Ukrainian, they no longer tried to slip me plastic.
Restaurant one. Compared to last year, the menu is poorer, there was not such an abundance as before. The crisis is definitely taking its toll. For breakfast, only eggs with sausages and pancakes with a variety of jams. Lunch is more decent, there is a choice of side dishes, meat products, salads. Dinner is good too. Usually three types of fish, beef, lamb, chicken, sweets and lots of fruit.
Especially get local sellers in shops outside the hotel. Vparivayut everything in a row in tridorogo. It is best to buy something in Hurghada, in shops with fixed prices. The sellers are normal, do not strain, you can see everything calmly and the prices are normal. Whatever local hucksters get on the street, pretend that you don’t understand Russian and say that you flew in from some type of Monaco. This confuses them and doesn't bother them anymore.
Animation. It's normal for children - they entertain, dance, contests, etc. For adults, it's weak. It's better to go to a nearby hotel, it's good that you can move around three hotels. There animation is stronger during the day and in the evening.
P. S. In principle, a good hotel for a relaxing holiday and holidays with children, service level, with the exception of some points. Not suitable for people looking for outdoor activities.
