We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm, immediately put on the bracelets and sent for dinner. We went into the restaurant and were a little shocked, there were no free tables, the noise was terrible, the queues were huge, there were a lot of local people. Somehow they waited for a free table, had dinner. Went to check into the room. Again shock. They settled us in a bungalow, the door does not work, the safe does not work, water is constantly pouring in the toilet, dirt, dust, linen are all stained everywhere. No kettle, glasses, tea accessories, no gel, soap, etc. (we always take our own, but who cares, keep in mind). Very upset. They asked for a replacement and they offered the same. Our tour operator contacted the hotel to change the room, but to no avail. Later we talked with Ukrainians, Belarusians and Russians, 90% of the rooms were the same, as it turned out later, locals were accommodated in good rooms in the new building. The beach is quite wide, but there are few sunbeds. I had to get up early, go to take a sunbed on the beach, and then go to breakfast. At 8-9 in the morning it was problematic to find a free sunbed.
On the beach there is a small sandy entry into the sea, there were always a lot of people, you can’t get through, and on the rest of the beach, entry is only in corals. The water was just super, warm, it was possible not to leave the sea all day). The temperature was all days +/- 40 degrees. It was surprisingly comfortable. We did not go to the water park and the pool, there were always a lot of people there. Beach towels are now in the room, due to covid, which makes it problematic to change them. Since while you are on the beach during the day, they are cleaning, and in order to change the towel, you need to leave it in the room.
The food is basically the same everywhere. were never hungry. Several types of meat, vegetables, fruits were melons, dates, oranges, several times watermelons. Grill every day. Also at 3 o'clock there was a food court at the pool. At the entrance to the restaurant every time they took the temperature. All devices in individual packages. The queues at the restaurant were huge due to the large number of local people. But, a big plus, that everyone was served on a first-come, first-served basis, there was no priority for the locals, as they wrote in the reviews from the hotel. Even if someone tried to get in without a queue, they were sent to the end) Alcohol, probably, like everywhere else, not very good. They took it with them from the dutik, so there were no questions about this). We went to an Italian restaurant at the hotel, in general, not bad, and without a queue)))
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, despite the shortcomings. We understood that this is a budget 4, and did not expect anything supernatural. I would like to return to this hotel at another time of the year, when there are fewer locals, for comparison)
