NUMBER gave the usual, no frills (6405). I know that they have much better rooms and even apartments with a kitchen and a bar, but everything suited us, but we didn’t want to spend extra money, nerves and time. Beds with hard orthopedic mattresses, snow-white linen and warm blankets.
There are additional pillows in the closet, there are trempels and a non-working safe. A large mirror, tables and plasma on the side of the bed, but you get used to it and it's not annoying. They also did the cleaning every day and twisted all sorts of freaks out of towels. We were cleaned on request only once and without a menagerie, despite the van dollar. Shampoos and soap in sachets, when cleaning bring 2 pcs. So if you hang up the “Do Not Disturb” sign for the entire period, like we do, then it’s better to take a soapy-ryolny one from home for safety.

The water in the pools is clean, but cold, no one swam in them, the slides did not work.
The pool complex near the Cave cafe is already very close to the tables on the street, so you need to be careful even when sober, so as not to inadvertently get there)). There were almost no mosquitoes, there are special traps for flies throughout the territory, we called them muhuleys)). There are toilets at the reception, near the pools, on both beaches, in the canteen - no. The beach toilets even have dressing compartments with a mirror and a chair.
The FOOD is very worthy, the products are fresh and really almost everything is very tasty cooked. There were practically no dishes similar to a secondary product. Last year's feeding at 4 * seemed like just compound feed. There are a lot of waiters, they work quickly and unobtrusively - they bring cutlery, remove plates, help bring hot soup, drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of fabric tablecloths and napkins, as well as small glass glasses (for those who wish, they are poured into plastic).

Meat dishes are very tasty, almost never repeated - cutlets, nuggets, kebab lula, beef and chicken stew, fried, baked, stuffed. I also liked the fish very much - the most delicate pangasius fillet, mackerel and some other. A couple of times a week, all this is prepared on the street a la barbecue.
Almost always quite tasty tomatoes / cucumbers in large quantities, 3 types of cabbage, 2 types of olives, parey, lime, several types of sauces. I liked that the vegetables are just freshly cut, there are few ready-made salads.
Soups in tiny saucers, one or two kinds, are quite tasty if you squeeze a lot of lime. They can also flavor vegetables, beer and gin with sprite.

The bar on the coral beach has everything except alcohol. The lobby bar is more for decoration, there is always no one there and drinks seem to be paid. You can ask for water to be poured into a bottle, especially if you appease the bartenders with chocolate. We gave some of them a dollar, so they happily poured full glasses of gin and sambuca, sometimes even into a bottle.

My sister saw a big brown stingray at a depth. Therefore, it is impossible to completely relax and make sudden movements, even in shallow water. Although hedgehogs hide between corals, I still recommend swimming in shoes (legs can be hurt both on corals and on steps). Corals and rubber slippers are sold there at every turn. We swam with mesh closed slippers, which are sold at every turn with us.
At low tide, you can scratch your stomach with corals (we have seen cases), so you need to turn on the 3D view. Full muzzle masks are also a must have. A completely different quality of snorkeling. There are plenty of free sunbeds, you can choose any place. There are no protective partitions, but we did not feel strong winds in the windiest month. It was pleasantly warm all week, sometimes a little colder (on such days, a fleece blanket and warm pajamas came in handy)). Being in the water for a long time is quite comfortable, getting in / out is also not very cold. Tuk-tuks 2, they take you to the beaches from the gate for free, they can wait, you will get towels and drinks to take them directly to the coral beach, they let you steer, they like to take pictures)). When they were not there, it was not a problem to walk 7-10 minutes from the reception (we walked barefoot on the grass along the road and even found champignons there)). The most extreme part of the walk to the beach is crossing the double road. If you go in a pareo or a beach peignoir, a bunch of “likes” are guaranteed to you, only women and lazy ones don’t beep)).
SHOPPING Near the sandy beach there are 3 dilapidated shops, where it is better to check in immediately, otherwise you will be mentally raped until the end of your vacation. They can also be understood - there are few vacationers, they work only until the beach closes, rent is high. Prices are not higher than in the city, the range is small.
In the first shop - beachwear and towels, sugary Mark works there, he loves to talk "for life", souvenirs and reviews, he can treat you with tea. His sister bought a huge beautiful natural pareo from him inexpensively. In the second - souvenirs, masks, flippers and other beach utensils, a beautiful young and not very intrusive Arab keeps a shop. We bought cheap beautiful magnets and glasses from him, which fell from a height of 40 cm and broke.
The third store is run by a pleasant, courteous Emil, there are perfumed oils, shampoos, pastes, etc. He managed to elegantly promote us for 17 bucks, although they were not going to buy anything there. They were satisfied with the quality of the goods, makes discounts and gifts.
In addition to perfume oils, we took a good golden scrub mask, Menthol Crystals, a magical remedy for diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract (you throw a tiny piece into a glass of boiling water and get a pleasant, effective inhalation), a good anise-flavored toothpaste (a large tube for just a dollar , it turned out to have a real whitening effect). He also has a cool remedy for sunburn (we didn’t take it, but according to the reviews of vacationers, it works just magically).
We walked to the City Center (min 25-30 to the left of the hotel along the embankment). There is nothing special to catch there - it is expensive and the goods are mediocre. On the ground floor there is a huge supermarket and an aquarium with marine life near the entrance. Sheraton - to the right, walk even further and not only in a straight line, the real price for a taxi is 20 pounds, although naturally they demand more. Also, minibuses go there and there. At Sheraton we bought 2 T-shirts and a sweatshirt with raised inscriptions - 30 c. u. e.

ANIMATION is represented by Serafima, a Slav who lives with her mother in Hurghada and several Arabs. No complaints, they worked unobtrusively, but they performed their functions. At 11:00 on the coral beach, Fima conducts a rather high-quality, but slightly tedious exercise with good stretches and planks. There is also a game of bocha, on the sandy beach - darts. According to the hotel's accounting statement, which accidentally fell into my hands, on 18.02. 74 rooms were filled and 130 people lived on different conditions. It feels like the hotel is only 10% full, which, on the one hand, is very convenient, but on the other hand, it’s a pity that there are so many empty places in a very decent hotel in all respects and so few people know about it.

Personally, all kinds of boat trips seem rather tedious and tedious to me, it is always cold and windy on the boat, and if there was an opportunity, we would dive from the shore near the hotel so as not to lose half a day. Only the beach diving club had a vacation until the end of February, unfortunately.
