Самый ужасный отель, в котором нам удалось побывать! The worst hotel we have ever been in!

We were driving at 5. I am my husband, sister with her husband and our mother. We took three rooms next to and with access to the pool. First, the rooms we were given far apart. Secondly, there was no access to the pool, they said to pay extra 15 euros per day for one room with a pool. Our rooms were far from the sea, it took about 20 minutes to walk. At the entrance to the hotel, we warned that my mother had a sore leg and she couldn’t walk much, but the hotel staff didn’t give a damn about it and they settled us on the 3rd floor (the elevator is only for disabled, we were not allowed there). The safe did not work in each of our rooms and we spent two days waiting for the masters in the room to fix them for us. Also, air conditioning was leaking in two rooms, so much so that a whole puddle formed during the night, on which I fell and hit once. The doors to the balcony didn't close at all. For all these questions, we turned to both the guide and the reception, but they only promised to do something.
We spent 3600 euros on tours for 5 people, we were told that the hotel was ultra ol inclusive. But when we came to the bar and asked to make 5 cocktails, we were sent to put it mildly. For each cocktail, the bartenders wanted $5 and told us that we did not include it in the price. For the kitchen, I will say that the food is disgusting. After it, each of us had a stomach ache and it was very bad. We arrived home and a couple of days away from the kitchen at this hotel. I’ll tell you further beyond the sea, in fact it was not there. It took about 20 minutes to walk from our room to the sea, but since there was no sea itself, we walked along the pier for about another 20 minutes to the depth. It was really beautiful there and a lot of fish swam. Most of the staff is disgusting, all greedy and want only a tip, without it they will do nothing. Our guide said that otherwise you will not get anything.
SPECIAL THANKS WE WANT TO SAY TO THE RESCUER IN THE AQUAPARK EGYPTIAN ALEXANDER. A REALLY VERY RESPONSIBLE AND GOOD PERSON WHO, NEVER LOOKING ABOUT ANYTHING, CHEERED US UP THE MOOD, BECAUSE HE IS NOT AS GREAT AS ALL THE STAFF, BUT A REALLY GOOD PERSON WITH WHOM WE COULD TALK FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND LAUGH. There was also one bartender, a waiter and a cleaner who also did their job very well (unfortunately I don’t remember their names). Also, the territory and in truth in this hotel is very beautiful, the water park is good. This is where all good things end.

When we went to this hotel, we monitored a bunch of sites with reviews, everywhere they were high. Upon arrival, we were surprised at such high ratings. It turns out that every day the animators walk around the territory and make them leave a good review from their phone, and when we "pretend" that we can't leave a review, they themselves took the phone and put a good review about the hotel. Every day, wherever we are, Arabs walk around the hotel and pester us with their excursions. They give you a piece of paper, if you don’t pay right away, they make you sign there, and even if you didn’t go anywhere, when you check out, you must pay the cost of this excursion, if you signed. We did not fall for this and took excursions from our guide. In the end, they were very sorry.
It turns out that in Egypt all tourists are fooled and promised a lot, but in fact... We took a yacht tour and a safari with ATVs. We paid $400 for the yacht tour. REALLY SORRY ABOUT THIS! We were promised: 1) to be taken to a paradise island, which was insanely beautiful in the pictures, but in reality it was a terrible island, it was terribly hot on it, we burned down, there was no vegetation. 2) they promised a seafood lunch, the lunch was just as terrible as in our hotel. 3) they promised to bring dolphins into the bay, we did not even observe this. 4) promised to go fishing and fry us the fish that we caught. As a result, we caught a lot of fish, but they took it for themselves. 5) they promised to give us a ride on a banana and a water sofa, they did it for 15 seconds, purely for the photo. 6) most importantly, they promised us diving, but as soon as the yacht sailed from the shore, we were given papers in which there was an agreement that they were not responsible for us during the dive. And they said that if we do not sign it, we will not dive. Here is such a tour! As for the safari, I can’t say anything bad, I liked everything very much.
After 6 pm, the hotel staff did not let us into the pool, or the water park, or the sea! The pool "began to be cleaned" from 6 pm to 7 am, but when we came to the pool it was dirty and at times stank like a public toilet, my sister's husband was sprinkled after the visit so that he did not leave the room for two days, it's good that we all after didn't go there. In two of the rooms, the cleaners cleaned haphazardly. We settled in the shower there was sand and for all the time in the hotel it was never removed. Dirty dishes are everywhere near the rooms, as everyone carried food to the rooms. She was not removed for 3-4 days, although she stood in a conspicuous place and insects were already gathering above her. I put two stars only for the territory of the hotel and for the lifeguard Alexander! This is the biggest advantage of this hotel!
