We arrived at 8 am, and received the keys at 13.00, but we were pleased that the room was large, overlooking the pool, and a piece of the sea. The furniture is good, not old, everything worked. the bracelets were put on at 11 (later we understood why, because brunch ends at 11). The second is food. This is not the first time in Egypt, so I can say that the food was good, tasty, meat, fish, seafood. There were no queues anywhere (well, if only for breakfast near omelettes). The waiters are just smart: dirty dishes were not standing anywhere, everything was cleaned on time. You make your own coffee and tea. There are machines, you want cappuccino, mochachino, coffee, etc. etc. Every evening there was ice cream of different flavors and imposed as much as requested. They took fruits on a plate with them to the room, no one said anything even once. Sea. I can say: if you want to see all the delights of the Red Sea, then you are not in Hurghada) I am not a fan of swimming for hours, but I love to see fish and corals. To do this, they went to the pantone to the depths. The hotel did everything to the maximum to compensate for the lack of a full-fledged sea. Even the pools were made under the sea (first you walk on the sand, and then the water) The hotel is cool, we liked it, Teretoriya is all in the pools and greenery. Recommend.
