For us, as for poor Ukrainian students, the hotel came up. In fact, it is 2 stars, not 3, but in principle it pulls for a three-ruble note. Now in order.
Location. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to Sakkala, there for 2 dollars, back for 3. Don't pay any more.
Number. Don't wow. Old, decrepit, like the hotel itself. We were lucky - $ 10 upon check-in, and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor, where everything worked. But from the rest, complaints were often heard that the air conditioning, TV, doors, toilets... in short, everything was not working. Plus everyone complained about cockroaches. I personally have not seen a single one in 12 days.

Beach. Everything is fine. Wooden beds, mattresses, towels are provided. But! Towels are not washed, i. e. you get someone "pouzannoe" : ))) Hence the incomprehensible rash on the back. So you better take yours. The sea is shallow 100 meters, then the depth. The corals are dead, but you can see a couple of interesting fish, although this is definitely not the Red Sea in all its glory. Yes, more. Be sure to buy special slippers, without them you will cut your feet when entering the sea.
Staff. Aaaaaaa! ! It's something. Circus performers. Steven Seagall and company. The janitor cleaned 2 (!! ) times in 12 days, we stole the shitty paper from them from the janitor's trolley, because otherwise you won't get it, however, as well as a clean bath towel : )Beach-boy, according to 60-year-old ladies, showed them his manhood and offered his love. Plus, many complained about theft.
Nutrition. But we liked the food! Delicious fish with sauces, meat, liver, 3-4 types of side dishes, 5-6 types of sweets, etc. Once a week they have an evening of Arabic cuisine: barbecue, several types of baklava and other national dishes. Drinks are so-so. There is no wine, but there is their local moonshine under the enticing names "brandy", "vodka", "rum" and "gin". Well, plus any pop like cola.
Entertainment. Local style - great hookah for a dollar, free billiards. Our compatriots and Russians after 10 servings of "brandy" had a lot of fun in the evenings with the staff : )
But in general, I would advise the Sultan to unpretentious people. You can relax here, and excellent, as my experience has shown. There is the sea, the sun, a small garden, good food. I think that's all it takes. The biggest minus of the hotel is still the old rooms with their non-working "stuffing". Otherwise - a bit of humor, and you will conquer Egypt, and he will conquer you : )
