I read a lot of reviews about this hotel, only yesterday I returned from there. Now I can tell.
We arrived at 8 pm. settled immediately, but until 12 noon the next day, as our room was busy. Settled in a family 2 room suite. The rooms are tiny, the air conditioner in one of them did not work, in the second it was right in front of the beds, that is, it was impossible to turn it on. The toilet cistern constantly leaked, the furniture was very old. There is a balcony and pool view.
During the day we are moved to another room. We were supposed to have a 3 bed room. We go in, the room is about 7 meters and there are 2 single beds, when asked where the third person will sleep, they told us they would bring another bed. And where to put it?? ? Explained that at the feet of these 2 beds. Mayhem. There is no balcony at all. They refused, they took me to the second room.

The room is slightly larger, 1 double bed. There is also nowhere to put a third bed, only at the feet. The balcony is shared with the next room, we were shocked. But politely asked what other options there are.
And then the person from the reception took us to the third room, a large room, a huge panoramic window, a balcony, the furniture is really old everywhere. Took this number, but paid extra for it 20 dollars. But it was worth the money.
Food. At first glance, there is variety. But later you realize that there is practically nothing to eat, in general, the same person who was in this hotel will understand me if I say that on the 5th day at breakfast we almost clucked already, because there was an omelet, boiled eggs, sausages, which cannot be eaten. And so every day. Drinks are free in small 125 gram cups.
The staff is mostly good.
There is almost no animation, they write that there is volleyball, water polo, tennis. So, volleyball is only at 11 am, they don’t give a ball anymore, there are no tennis rackets, at 11:30 darts lasts 20 minutes, then water aerobics lasts 20 minutes. And that's it, then already at 22:30 the evening program for half an hour and a disco until 12 at night. But I won’t say anything bad about the animators, dear people, it’s only visible that they are very tired. These are the faults of the hotel.
The pool is small, but due to the fact that the hotel does not have a sea, it is not enough. The sea is a so-called lagoon, it is an artificially dug hole filled with water, very small and shallow, there are no fish there, sand with pebbles. You can swim in the sea until 18:00, for obvious reasons, after sunset, all living creatures crawl out. But here in the pool, too, until 18 o'clock, we did not expect this and were honestly dissatisfied.
There was nothing to do after 6 pm. So everyone went and drank in a bar where seats are very limited.
Very intrusive service.
The room was cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day, the bed was not changed at all.
In general, we had a good rest, if we close our eyes to the shortcomings of the hotel. It was boring, of course, but we entertained ourselves with all kinds of excursions.

The hotel is definitely not 4 stars.
