With all due respect, this is HORRIBLE.

We came during the hot season, in July, during Ramadan, but the hotel occupancy clearly did not exceed 50%, so the conditions could be better....I will say right away that we are not the first time in Hurghada, we love Egypt, we are ready to forgive many The "features" of both hotels and local residents, in addition, in principle, are friendly and not scandalous, but..... this hotel brought out of patience and left an extremely negative impression. I will be brief:
1) at the reception, the staff is not polite, and sometimes just arrogant, does not control the implementation of complaints, does not speak English, is unable to provide basic information of a general nature (asked how to get to Sahl Hasheesh; they also made greasy jokes for a long time why my boyfriend and I need two twin beds)
2) the luggage carrier that we came across, without even explaining how to use the safe, or the air conditioner, or the TV, God forbid, responded to the offered 1 dollar "tip" with such rudeness, as if we had offered him a lettuce leaf. At our hint that he did not deserve anything more, he began to behave and was completely inadequate, but he was in no hurry to leave, and we were even afraid that he would set up some kind of filth for us if we did not give him more. Since there was only $10 more, they were given away. Worst hotel experience in all my travels.

3) The room would be ok if it wasn't so dilapidated. See photo below. It should be noted that the bed was at least clean, thank God. The air conditioner worked like a helicopter and blew directly onto my bed for the entire 10 day stay.
4) The work of housekeeping remained a mystery. It looks like they don't clean up at all. The room was not cleaned until they were directly asked for it, catching in the corridor. Tipping did not change the situation. For 10 days the bed was not changed. Towels were changed 1 time forcibly. Soap was brought on the 7th day, there were no toilet paper for the last two days, they complained, but to no avail. Shampoos were not seen at all, there were only two shower gels and that's it......
5) Food, all inclusive - "favorite topic". God forbid to go with children, they generally die of hunger. We lived on cucumbers and oriental sweets, and for breakfast every day we ate the same omelet. In addition, the dining room was constantly dirty, both on the floor and near the food and on the tables. They obviously save on air conditioners, napkins, and also water. If you want to feel like pigs, who are being fed food into the feeders and everyone is fighting fiercely for more or less tolerable pieces, then this is the place for you. The situation worsened even more when the Egyptians arrived to celebrate the end of Ramadan. They also started walking around for food, so it constantly fell off their loaded plates....
6) Pool. The only decent place. Normal sunbeds (albeit without mattresses), enough places, you can only spend time there.
7) Beach. It is essentially absent. Sun loungers stand along an artificial drop-shaped bay, the depth in most places is knee-deep or chest-deep. It is impossible to swim out of the bay into the sea, as corals block the way.
The overall impression is extremely negative. We tried to spend almost all the time outside the hotel - on public beaches, on excursions, in cafes. Under no circumstances would I recommend it to anyone. It's better to go in another season or for fewer days or rent an apartment or..... I don't know what, but not here! !
