Great place to stay in Hurghada!!!! ! A chic hotel with an incredible beach, sea, service and atmosphere. Every time the experience is wonderful. Now we are regular guests of the hotel. I want to say only the best. So everything is, was and, I am sure, will be! ! You feel at home every time. Upon arrival, we were met by a personal transfer from the hotel, very nice, thank you, 15 minutes and we were at the hotel, we were very well received at the reception, settled quickly. I'll start in order. The hotel manager is the highlight, Mr Tamer Nour, the best of the best hotel managers I have ever met and interacted with. Believe me, we have a lot of experience in tourism. Have you been to different countries of the world and in the best hotels??? ? . We would like to express our deep gratitude to Mr. Tamer Nour for his high professionalism and comprehensive assistance in everything, promptly resolved all issues, continuously stayed and communicated with hotel guests. Very welcoming, friendly, perfect appearance!!!
Simply the best manager! They say the truth: every house is a good owner ! ! Therefore, starting from the hotel manager, managers in other areas, bartenders, waiters, and ending with the cleaning service, everything was just super!!! ! .


The staff welcomed us warmly and politely. The guys at the pool, led by the manager Ehab Kamiel, took care of us all the time, we miss you Bartenders: Emab Mikhaiel, Ahmed Wahied. The guys are smart, masterfully make cocktails, very attentive to the guests. The restaurant on the ALEX beach, we chose it for dinners - a la carte, the best service, the food is delicious, everything is super and the view of the sea is very pleasant and atmospheric, I would like to note the manager of the restaurant Hanna Gerges, a very attentive and competent person, in all matters, smart hello to you, as well as the waiters Ahmed Anwar, Ahmed Saber, Amin Mohamed - you guys are the best, the best service.
A huge plus that the Pure hotel is located on the territory of Aldau and Pure guests can enjoy all the benefits of Aldau, and believe me there are a lot of them: from pools, restaurants and wonderful bars in the lobby, a lazy river - just laughed to tears, the service is also exceptional, only the hotel with children, Pure +18. For us, this is a plus, since we are resting without children and initially we ended up in Aldau and thanks to Maria, a smart hostelation, thank you very much for everything that wrapped us in excessive care, she showed us the New Pure Hotel, which we were very happy about. This is our option! Now we are resting in Pure, but Aldau also makes us happy, and Maria especially.

Also all the professional and helpful Aldau staff!! ! And back to Pure again. I also think that the sun loungers by the pool are soft sofas, very comfortable and cozy, on the beach there are also soft sun loungers. Dinners at Pure are often themed. Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel. You can order a la carte restaurants, there are four of them.

In the main restaurant, the cuisine is excellent, the chefs, led by the chef of the restaurant, never cease to amaze us with their professionalism. I was shocked, I have never tried tastier carbonara pasta even in Italy, the food is very tasty and fresh, everything is prepared on demand, except for appetizers and some side dishes ! ! Champagne for breakfast, it's just unrealistically great, locally produced alcohol, but everything is very high quality: wine in glass bottles and beer, mostly also in glass bottles, delicious ice cream, all fruits, sweets, everything is in abundance. Dinner is amazing, and the terrace and the exit is a continuation of the restaurant on the 4th floor and a gorgeous view of the sea and Hurghada is simply unrealistically beautiful and fascinates more and more each time. You can send discerning tourists here. Service at the highest level. The rooms are chic, jacuzzi in all rooms. There is a tea set in the room which is replenished every day.
Refrigerator with drinks constantly replenished. I would like to mention HK Hasan and HK Adham, you guys are amazing, night service for 100000 points!!!!

And the pool parties, every day with the performance of professional singers, saxophone and violin, are wonderful and very relaxing and foam parties are simply unrealistically beautiful and great. The music is awesome, well done DJ!! ! fun all the time. And the clever, attentive PR Ksyusha did not let us get bored, she was very friendly and cheerful. Also PR Felix is ​ ​ a charismatic merry fellow!! ! In general, the hotel is young and new, everything is at the highest level!! ! The territory is beautiful, green, well-groomed. Wifi is great everywhere. Bar and food 24/7. The hotel has been perfectly prepared to fight against the spread of the coronavirus. Sanitizers throughout, all staff wearing masks. Perfect cleanliness everywhere! We have already become regular guests of the hotel, rested in May and will fly again in July. The hotel sunk into our soul, captivated us!!!
