Good day. returned from the hotel this week. accommodation in a building without balconies, with a door between the rooms. If not friends lived in the next room, it would be extremely inconvenient to listen to the neighbors. The rooms are small and old, but everything worked. The number is not so important to me. The main thing is that there was a separate folding bed for the child. The holiday was slightly spoiled by the attitude of the staff. Near the pool, opposite the Coccon bar, towels were "stolen" by Arab children, the reaction of the staff to the reception was extremely inadequate. On my request to sort it out, I received an offer to pay $ 45, as well as the answer that I can also pick up the towels of other guests and hand them over. I found one of my towels on the floor at the playground, came to exchange it, but they didn’t give me a card, citing the fact that I could steal this towel. Everything that I have told is extremely softened, because I do not want to escalate.
In English, the staff speaks disgustingly, trying to explain by memorized phrases, they do not make contact. As a result, they assured me that the issue was resolved, when I left, I got new problems and rudeness, in short, I could hardly take my legs away : ) in front of my eyes, an Arab girl stole a towel from a German, which was hushed up very quickly. Previously, I was in many hotels, good and not very good, I read a lot about the difference in attitudes towards Russians and Europeans, but I have never seen SUCH! ! ! ! The Germans just don’t bring them to the beach on sunbeds, it’s disgusting. Especially when children are kicked out from the table to seat dear German guests. The food is not very varied, but good. Very nice girl Katya in Guest Relation. The territory is small, but you can safely let the children go to the playground. The beach is not far on foot, by car - even faster : ) the entrance to the sea is good only strictly in the middle, there are a lot of stones on the sides, overgrown with algae.
There were no dirt or oil stains in the water.


Do you recommend this hotel? I will refrain from rating, but I myself will never come back here, maybe I just got unlucky : )
