I decided to write a review after a long time, because. now, as and when I planned a trip in December, I again use the resources of TURPRAVDA (I am looking for a tour to Turkey). Therefore, I considered it unfair to keep silent about the impressions about the hotel.
Decent, as already called "pedigreed" hotel. It is not promoted in our networks, so there are few of ours, and it's good.
There were five of us - 3 adults. and 2 two year olds. You understand that our requests are not easy.
There were no problems with the settlement - they didn’t give money, there was no need - quickly, correctly, the rooms are nearby, on the first floor, close to the restaurant, pool... while they filled out the questionnaires, they brought juice, etc. , even tried to help fill, although there was no need.
The numbers are all right. I won’t even describe it. I asked for a ironing board, gave things to wash, cleaning - everything was fast and of high quality.
The food is decent, not very varied, but everything is of high quality, water, bottled juices, undiluted wines. I took my own water for the child - I brought it back. Water in glass, some kind of German. Children could always find: oatmeal or milk soup, eggs, pancakes, pasta, potatoes, pilaf (that's understandable), normal first courses - such as fish soups, mashed soups, white fish in batter, well, the rest - as usual. IT WAS POSSIBLE FOR CHILDREN TO ORDER ANY DISH (mashed potatoes, for example) - they cooked for dinner to order.
Live music in the restaurant during dinner - violin, saxophone, guitar. . .
Live music in the lobby, piano, etc.
Good spa.
The service is unobtrusive, no one asked for a tip, they didn’t notice any harassment of the female gender - the level of the hotel also suggests its policy in this regard.
You can imagine what was left after us on the tables (we ate 2-year-old children, very active), none of the waiters even raised an eyebrow, smiled and joked. Our boy ran and blew out all the candles on the tables - they re-lit and offered more.
Good children's room, heated children's pool.
Animation is poor - even for children. life-size puppets came, the children's disco barely gathered the kids. The adult program is traditional - belly dance and magic tricks. Maybe winter?
The beach is clean, constantly cleaned, robbed, etc. We saw one cleaner who, on his knees, climbed under some kind of flowering deredo and the petals from it attacked the lawn, manually selected.
